Purpose :
This is a high responsibility, operational role as the leading company representative on the drilling rig or work-over unit, managing a team, planning and prioritizing activities and using your expertise to resolve any operational problems safely and efficiently. As a leadership figure, you’ll be pivotal in ensuring alignment with the company’s principles, vision, key objectives and legislative requirements.


Special Challenges :

Need to be able to work independently and proactively;
Expected to maintain emergency response skills and be able to lead emergency response in stressful situations;
Leading by example, proactive and hands-on when required, but also able to delegate and co-ordinate effectively;
Able to communicate with authority, and motivate others in sometimes difficult work conditions.


Requirements:

To be successful in your application you will need to:
possess at least a higher education Diploma (eg. HND or equivalent), but preferably a Bachelors Degree or higher, in a technical or engineering subject;
have significant overall experience of well engineering/ drilling activities with proven experienceas a Drilling Supervisor. Expertise in leadership and operations supervision, in particular with respect to HSE awareness and management, is a must;
be IWCF certified;
have good knowledge of well analysis software;
Experience in specialist areas such as High Pressure/High Temperature and/or Under-balanced Drilling and/or Extended Reach Drilling environments will be an advantage. To be considered for a senior position in this role, you’ll be expected to have extensive experience as a Drilling Supervisor including proven experience with all rig types and in-depth operational expertise in the above mentioned specialist topics;
Selected candidates will be encouraged to follow the Shell Group “Round 2” Distance Learning Program with the aim of obtaining this qualification within two years.


Responsibilities:

On a day-to-day basis you’ll manage all operations associated with the well, including:
planning and scheduling,
resource allocation,
cost control,
clear and concise reporting of all well site activities and events;
While executing these tasks you will also ensure full compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policy standards and objectives, motivating all team members to deliver ‘no harm to people or the environment’. Your role involves delivering high quality and cost-effective wells according to approved well programs, identifying and collating any lessons learned which can be incorporated into future operations, and managing the interface with other company assets. We‘ll also expect you to optimize operational performance through the rigorous implementation of the DtL (Deliver-the-Limit) process without compromising HSE, well integrity, or the integrity of the drilling unit.

Responsibilities:
This role exists within our operation in Offshore West Java. Rotational working schedule to our site in Offshore West Java may be applied


Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Coordinate the integrated optimization activity between one flow station and other flow stations to get optimum result
Maintain the sales gas and oil to meet performance contract
Proactively look for opportunities for facility optimization by evaluating/reviewing overall existing facility de-bottlenecking
As the Single Point of Contact for the existing facility optimization
Recommend basic concept design for facility optimization
Validate the existing operations data for Facility Optimization reference
Develop/evaluate pipeline network for optimization reference


Requirements:
Degree in engineering, preferably from Chemical or Oil / Gas Petrochemical Engineering with a minimum of 8 years experience
Must possess an advanced level of experience, judgment, and practical knowledge of Oil / Gas Facilities design & operation, standard & codes and engineering principles. Experience on using process engineering software

Ability to lead group, work with peers, and communicate with others

Requirements:
Degree in Merchant Marine Academy or Institutes, holding ANT-I certificate

Senior Coordinator Equipment and Materials

Responsibilities:
Supervising asset movements, warehouse operations, and stock control on rig site, in support of all Century Drilling Operations within IBU.
Physical inventory control of all stock held by the company at the various warehouse locations, distribution and monitoring of all asset movements ensuring that all transfers are in line with company procedures and documents.
Monitoring equipment and handling equipment emergencies.
Coordinating the warehouse assignments in line with operational requirements.
Ensuring warehouse staff comply equipment / spares are inspected for conformity with purchase order.
Ensuring warehouse staff comply assemble related documentation for entry into the CMMS system.
Ensure warehouse personnel label and store according to Century / OEM procedures.
Reviews requests from operations, for spares / equipment arrange to move equipment / spares to rig location.
Assist with revising warehouse inventories, gather information and records to support an investigation in to equipment failures and manages process for handling equipment emergencies.
Assist in scheduling and assigning work assignments for all warehouse personnel and follows up to make sure that tasks are completed within given time frame.

Qualifications:
Fluently in English written & oral
5 years experienced in the same position, experience in heavy industry (i.e. mining, construction, drilling) preferable
Male preferable
College Education Preferred
Very good computer literacy on MS Office Products
