1. Piping Designer
(Singapore[Map])

Responsibilities:

Primary Objective

• Responsible for preparing as builts, plant layout, mechanical and piping design drawings.
• Working on a variety of project work, to deliver design drawings and final construction/detail drawings, for engineering projects.
• Ensuring drawing packages are delivered within the project time schedule.

Specific Accountabilities

• Reporting to Lead Piping/Mechanical Engineer;
• Produce piping/mechanical discipline deliverables to the agreed schedule.
• Apply recognised mechanical engineering design/drafting principles, accuracy and overall quality.
• Apply good interpersonal skills, liaising with members of other disciplines and departments.
• Apply an awareness and willingness to work as a team member.
• Quality Assurance – work within the provisions and guidelines of the project Quality Assurance systems.
• Safety – Responsible for personal safety and working within the Occupational Health & Safety procedures.

Requirements:
•Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
•The person should have demonstrated experience using current Microstation.
•A minimum of 5 years experience with specific focus on onshore oil and gas projects.
•Design office consulting experience would also be an advantage.
•A thorough knowledge of appropriate codes and standards.
•A minimum of 2 years experience as a user of the 3D CAD modelling, Microstation and, or PDMS applicable to mechanical equipment.
•A committed team player able to work on own initiative with the minimum of supervision
•Flexible and versatile
•Fluency in English, written and oral.



2. Civil Designer/CAD
(Singapore[Map])

Responsibilities:

Primary Objective

• Reporting to the Lead Civil Engineer undertake civil design functions to meet the objectives of the Project.

Specific Accountabilities

• Undertake civil design deliverables to an agreed project schedule.
• Liaise across the organisation with members of other disciplines and departments.
• Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the company Quality Assurance system.
• Safety – Responsible for personal safety safe working practices. Understand and follow company OH&S procedures.

*The assignment duration is 8 months.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.
• Proficient in use of Microstation.
• Extensive detailed civil design experience is required, gained with design contractors and/or oil/gas companies within the industry
• Good understanding of engineering practices applicable to and civil design for oil and gas facilities.
• A thorough knowledge of appliacable codes and standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
