1. Project Management Company (PMC) Engineer Job ID: A36133

Responsibilities:

Shell partners with an external Global Project Management Company (PMC) on the execution of the end-to-end construction of Shell branded petrol stations.

The PMC engineer supports the PMC Manager who is the single point of accountability within Shell for the overall Capex program delivery in the country.

More specifically, the role is to:
- Support the PMC Manager to proactively drive the performance of the Capex program delivery through the Project Management Company (PMC) to agreed outcomes, meeting HSSE and Retail business objectives.
- Implement the construction program in the country through PMC.
- Work with the PMC Manager on the continuous improvement in the construction delivery in terms of costs, quality and cycle time in alignment with the Global Shell teams.
- Develop and manage with the PMC Manager, the key stakeholder relationships within Shell e.g Network Planning and Real Estate (the team delivering planning and acquisition of Shell branded petrol stations),Sales & Operations (the team managing operational Shell branded petrol stations),Network FMC (the team managing maintenance of operational Shell branded petrol stations),etc; and their respective external third parties such as brokers, independent operators of Shell branded petrol stations, Facility Management Company (FMC),etc; and proactively communicate with them in order to deliver the Capex program through the PMC in an integrated way.

Requirements:
1. Technical Engineering background is a must for the position (preferably Civil or Mechanical). Professional Retail experience and a good overall understanding of the Retail business will therefore be an advantage in any application..
2. Civil, Mechanical, Architect, or Environment Engineering graduate from reputable university with minimum 4 to 5 years of experience.
3. Team player with strong leadership, proactive, self-starting & taking initiatives with strong sense of responsibility, ownership & urgency.
4. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
5. Project Management experience is preferred.

2. Network Property Manager Job ID: A37002

Responsibilities:
a) Accountable for all Market Unit property management transactions, liaising with the service provider for activity alignment, contract performance and building a strong relationship/learning mindset. Own the mandate for all negotiations, co-ordinate inputs from the Network, and prepare Investment Proposals.
b) Responsible for the real estate budget / Market Unit Target development, and accountable for 100% accurate payables and receivables performance by the offshore finance function.
c) Drive identified commercial opportunities through the Retail support and approval process, including alignment with Market Unit network plans, to achieve maximum value outcomes to all commercial opportunities.
d) Regular review of KPI and planning to close gaps and identify value opportunities
e) Responsible for performance in own Market Unit, leading partner performance reviews for own Market Unit, and inputting to regional performance reviews run by Real Estate centre of excellence team.
f) Ensure that all real estate issues are resolved by the partner; take actions and decision as required to close actions escalated by the partner
g) As Shell focal point for all real estate matters in the Market Unit.
h) Active participation in and local owner of the Contract Management Plan ensuring Real Estate activities are completed and aligned with the global contract oversight
i) Responsible and ensure delivery thru Property management, Out of Scope activities, Retail Real Property Tax, Lease Registration, etc.
j) Delivering results through others, by fostering a collaborative relationship, particularly as this pertains to value delivery and portfolio optimization.
k) Developing and maintaining a partnership relationship with partner, ensuring that the partner delivers all property management transactional work effectively.
l) Developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships within the Retail organization: network planning, engineering, sales & operations, the Real Estate Billing team, legal, finance and others.
m) Providing quality real estate inputs to the Network Strategy process: this will require leveraging the local market expertise of the partner to generate information that will ensure that Network Master Planning takes full account of the real estate aspects (current value, market rented) of retail site assets.
n) Understanding the real estate regulatory and market environment within the Market Unit, in enough detail to be able to respond to escalated issues from the partner

Requirements:
1. Strong leadership, interpersonal, communications and teamwork skills. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
2. Proven experience within Retail and/or Real Estate
3. Preferably a degree holder, either in real estate or finance discipline
4. A broad understanding of the retail businesses

3. Third Party Logistics Coordinator Job ID: A36279

Key Objectives of this role:
o Manage transition from the current company managed warehouse/depot to 3rd party warehouse This is a critical transition and this role will support the project team to manage the operational transition.
o Contractor Management is the key skill for this role and with the competent person, we aspire to move from managing 3PL (Third Party Logistics) operational performance to understanding contracts to deliver value.
o Manage third party logistics service providers for storage of bulk and packed lubricants.
o As contract holder and own the relationships to ensure that service providers perform as per contractual agreement.
o Drive mutual improvements in the partnership and coordinate with the scheduling teams and procurement organization when working with the same service provider.
o Champion HSSE (Health Safety Security Environment) compliance at all 3PL operations

Accountabilities :
o Accountable for ensuring service providers (both internal and external) deliver as per contractual agreement.
o Address issues and drive performance improvement plans where required.
o Responsible for formal contract Key Performance Indicator monitoring including service, cost and HSSE indicators and contract review meetings with service providers.
o Responsible for developing and implementing key supplier development plans with support from the respective Procurement Category Manager.
o Where respective activities are in scope of the service provider, accountable for ensuring that Quality Standards,HSSE requirements (Green Banding, Contractor Management System and Warehousing) and stock integrity are met.
o Coordinate contractor management with the operational scheduling team (operations) and Procurement (for price negotiations / contract renewal).
o Support the Procurement Category Manager in any relevant tendering and negotiations.
o Lead the logistics supply capacity planning and work with service providers to ensure sufficient capacity is available as per forecasts.
o Drive Streamline compliance with the 3rd parties and actively work with them to close gaps.
o Own the SAP related procurement activities such as vendor master data, vendor contracts and standing purchase orders.

Requirements:
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communocation and teamwork skills. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- A Bachelor Degree qualification. Have extensive experience in the area of supply chain and Logistics End-to-End experience. More than 5 years in Supply Chain/Logistics, with Logistics, Oil & Gas or FMCG company is an advantage

4. Retail District Manager - Java Job ID: A36074

Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing, leading and managing a team of Territory Managers and Fuel Retailers while ensuring delivery of Shell’s Customer Commitment and Sales & Operations targets.

Customers:
- Ensure consistent delivery of operational excellence in site operational standards incl. HSSE and Shell Group Business principles.
- Continuously improve Customer Satisfaction in the District through enhancement of people competencies/skills and use of customer feedback

People:
- Contribute to the development of a local culture in which Sales & Operations, Retailers and Retailer’s site staff are motivated in Making the Difference Real
- Participate in the attraction and selection of Retailers in conjunction with Territory Managers; accountable for sign-off in respect of capability and suitability of all new Retailer recruits

Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree from a reputable university, Master degree would be an advantage

5. Deputy Cluster Marketing Manager Job ID: A35989

Responsibilities:

6. Terminal Operation Support Job ID: A35742

Responsibilities:
- To ensure compliance of terminal operations with legal requirements and Shell standards and guidelines in the dimensions of Finance, Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental, Operations, Customer
- Instill performance culture in team and support Terminal Manager at execution of improvement projects
