1. Recruitment Specialist
Main Roles :
Conduct effective recruitment administration processes, including: administration, advertisement, short-listing, scheduling, and coordination, also manage database and administration system for recruitment.
Conduct selection process and interview process, including: psychological and technical tests, and other behavior/potential identification.
Qualification :
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management or related.
• Min. 2-3 years experience in recruitment area
• Basic knowledge in assessment concept and interview
• Location based in Jakarta, willing to travel
2. Failure Analysis Engineer
Main Roles :
• Performing failure/root cause analysis on failed parts & unit component.
• Delivery suggestion & procedure to avoid repeated, early, and major failure
Qualification :
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Min. 2-3 years experience as Failure Analyst in Heavy Equipment Maintenance Industry.
• Analytical thinking, Strong initiative and attention to detail
• Location based in Jakarta, willing to travel
3. Organizational & Development
Main Roles :
• Conduct organization and job requirement activities (Organization Structure, Business Process, Job Description)
• Creating organization design in company based on business requirement.
Qualification :
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management or related.
• Master Degree in Human Resources Management, or Operational Management
• Min. 2 year experience in power system industry or HR consultant, with sufficient exposure in Business Process or organizational design
• Location in Jakarta, willing to travel
