JOB QUALIFICATION
Education, Experience, and Skills :
• Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering

• POP Certification – Mine and Energy Department – preferred
• A minimum of 3 years professional experience in environmental engineering and Safety.
• Mining heavy industry experience is essential
• Outstanding proficiency in Mining Software and other general office software (Microsoft).
• Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, and Health and safety.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for both oral and written in English/Bahasa
• An awareness of mine and environmental regulatory requirements.

Characteristics :
- Provide EHS compliance plan and technical support for future and existing operations.
- Ensure environmental performance meet regulation and standard applied
- Provide compliance reference for future and existing operations
- Controlling Environmental Legal Aspect of Mining Project

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Liaise with site engineering, mining and safety departments and site managements
- Evaluate Safety and Environmental management performance
- Identify and communicate safety, environmental and legal issues
- Evaluate and direct land compensation process
- Develop intercompany communications
- Follow up and implementation
- Supporting development of EHS team

CONTRACT SPECIALIST

Background :
Legal Background (Law bachelor)
4-6 Years Experience
Male or Female
Excellent in English Written and Verbal.

Summary of the Position:
To ensure that Tender and Contract Management are well implemented, with conduct things below;
1. Supervise and always promoting team work and manage delegation necessarily among ContractSpecialist.
2. Tender development and processing from tender issuance until contract award plus contractdevelopment in timely manner for all contract requests for both long-term service format and projects format.
3. Facilitate and drive resolution meeting to obtain improvements for each issue in tendering process, ongoing contracts and post-contracts.
4. Ensure and maintain tender or contract include KPC Standard as required and follow the procedure especially CMS procedure.
5. Deliver analytical and negotiation skill to achieve the best cost, direct/indirect operation cost for KPC.
6. Facilitate the continuous improvement process of ongoing contracts.
7. Interpret contracts providing advice and support to operational personnel in contracts management.
8. Direct support to line management in overseeing the administration of the contracts and ensure the Contractors comply with its obligations and responsibilities set out in the contract.
9. Provide contractual support to the Project Management Team, during all phases of the Work in terms of claim management and any contractual issues arising from technical problems.
10. Review and provide comments to project specification, policies and procedures proposed by Contractors for the execution of the Work leading to acceptance.
11. Monitor the Contractors performance of its contractual obligations and all of Contractors Subcontractors and/or Suppliers.
12. Ensure that all contractual matters are properly documented and notified to the appropriate parties on a timely basis.
13. Analyze proposed contract change orders and amendments and make appropriate recommendations.

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

Summary of the Position:
Contract Drafting, Review and Administration.

Background :
Legal Background (Law bachelor)
1-2 Years Experience
Male or Female
Excellent in English Written and Verbal.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Prepare contract draft or templates including amendment/addendum/extension to existing contract based on entity/project requirements as well as analyze and evaluate by highlighting any potential disputes in relation to scope of work/service of the contract.
2) To do checking and reviewing terms-conditions, liabilities and potential contractual issues in preparing contract document to achieve business plan and requirement.
3) To ensure the legal compliance, commercial, finance and tax aspect in the contract document in line with the business plan and comply with applicable regulations.
4) Liaise with related department for obtaining contract sign off and to arrange contract document delivery to contractor/vendor/supplier.
5) Notify entity and make contractual/legal correspondence to contractor/vendor/supplier formally where issues/special circumstances or breaches of contract have taken place.
6) Administer all contracts; register/record and update the contract list in the system/contract register spreadsheet in order to monitor and to control the validity and period of contract document.

MINE PLANNING ENGINEER

PURPOSE/ROLE
To provide mine planning services and technical support for future and existing operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaise with site engineering, mining and safety departments and external clients;
- Evaluate coal reserves to account for mining practices;
- Maximize coal recovery and minimize contamination;
- Identify and communicate mine planning issues;
- Develop contingencies.

JOB QUALIFICATION :

2. “Pratama” Certification – Mine and Energy Department – preferred;
3. A minimum of 1 year professional experience in large open cut mining and mine engineering;
4. Mining heavy industry experience is essential;
5. Outstanding proficiency in geological modelling and mine planning (Mining Software) and other general office software (Microsoft);
6. Mining Principles, Mine design concepts and mining methods;
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for both oral and written in English/Bahasa;
8. An awareness of mine operation regulatory requirements.
