AEL Mining Services is a leading developer, producer and supplier of commercial explosives, initiating systems and blasting services for mining, quarrying and construction markets in Africa and Indonesia.



AEL currently seeks candidates to fill in following position for an anticipated its new projects:

1. QC ASSISTANT (CODE: BT-QCA) – to be based at site

Requirements:
- Age min. 21 years old.
- Senior high school (SMU) graduate.
- D3 major in science with a strong analytical background will be advantage.
- Preferably have experience working in similar role.


2. JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT ((CODE: FIN
- JA) – to be based at Jakarta

Requirements:
- S1 Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 1 year experience. Fresh graduates with excellent academic records are welcome to apply.
- Preferably with at least 1 year of Oracle, SAP and/or comparable software experience, particularly in the areas of inventory, fixed asset and general ledger modules.
- Computer literate with at least intermediate MS Excel skills.
- English spoken & written is preferable.

3. SITE MANAGER – OPEN PIT AND UNDERGROUND (CODE: MGR
- SM) – to be based at site

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Technical Field/Engineering. Mining engineer is an advantage.
- At least 8 years of similar industry experience.
- Hold valid POP to obtain POM certification.
- Hold blaster competency (KJL)
- Technical blasting knowledge.
- Good communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, as the incumbent is required to communicate to management level.
- Computer literacy.
- Driving license A.

4. FIELD/SITE SUPERINTENDENT – OPEN PIT AND UNDERGROUND (CODE: FLD – SPI)– to be based at site

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Mining Engineering, sufficiently mature with a minimum of 6 years experience
- A General Driving License.
- Letter of No Criminal Record from Police (Valid SKCK).
- Able to proficiently speak and write in English
- Good communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, as the incumbent is required to communicate to management level.
- Technical knowledge.
- Computer literacy.
- Hold blaster competency & able to obtain KIM.
- Hold Defensive Driving Certificate
- Hold valid POP to obtain POM certification.
- A Drivers license, B Driving License would be an advantage

5. FIELD SUPERVISOR – OPEN PIT AND UNDERGROUND (CODE: FLD-SPV) – to be based at site

Requirements:
- Senior High School, with minimum 5 years experience or Diploma 3 degree with minimum 3 years experience or Bachelors Degree with minimum 1 year experience.
- Certificate of Blasting Competency Holder (KJL 2).
- Operational Supervisory Level 1 Certificate (POP).
- Computer Literate.
- Hold a Driving License, B2 Driving License is preferred.
- Hold Defensive Driving Certificate.
- Able to communicate English (Written and spoken).

6. TECHNICAL SERVICE ENGINEER – OPEN PIT AND UNDERGROUND (CODE: TS – ENG) – to be based at site

The Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Mining Engineering.
- At least 2 years experience as Blasting Engineer.
- Good communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, as the incumbent is required to communicate with clients.
- Technical knowledge.
- Computer literacy.
- Hold blaster competency (KJL II).
- Hold POP will be an advantage.
- Hold a Drivers license; heavy vehicle would be an advantage.
- The incumbent will be required to travel.

7. SHEQ SUPERVISOR (CODE: SHE-SPV) to be based at site

Requirements:
- D3 SHEQ, minimum 3 years experience or Bachelors Degree majoring in Engineering or Public Health with 2 years related experience.
- Driving License.
- Able to speak and written in English.
- Good communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, as the incumbent is required to communicate to management level.
- Technical knowledge.
- Computer literacy.
- Able to obtain POP certification.
- Hold Occupational Health and Safety professional certificate (AK3 Umum).
- English spoken & written is preferable.


8. MMU/MCU OPERATOR (CODE: FLD-MCU) – to be based at site

Requirements:
- Holds MCU Operator certificate.
- Senior High School (SMU) with minimum 3 years experience or D3 with minimum 1-2 years experience.
- Holds B2 driving license (SIM B2).
- Experience as equipment operator is advantage.

9. SHOTFIRE (CODE: FLD-SF) – to be based at site

Requirements:
- Senior High School (SMU) with minimum 3 years experience or D3 with minimum 1-2 years experience.
- Holds driving license (SIM) and defensive driving license.
- Holds Certificate of Blasting Competency Holder (KJL 2) and KIM.

10. MECHANIC/ELECTRICIAN (CODE: MTC-ME) – to be based at site

Requirements:
- Technical High School (STM) with minimum 21 years of age and 3 years experience or Diploma 3 with minimum 1 year experience.
- Hold a driving license (SIM); hold B2 Driving License (SIM B2) is preferred.
- Hold valid clearance issuer certification.
- Hold Pump Certification.
- Technical knowledge.
- Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic system.
