PT Titan Timur Nusantara, as a new built drilling contractor specializing in onshore drilling rig, is currently in need of qualified personnel to be part of the team as:



SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT (SCM) MANAGER
(DKI Jakarta – Jakarta Selatan)

Main Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to defining the market sector strategy, supplier selection, ensuring contract compliance, assessing contractor risk, enabling performance improvement project identification/implementation and effectively sourcing and negotiating new business deals.

• Contribute to the development of strategies, plans and priorities, and identify opportunities to leverage value or mitigate risk from changes in markets (e.g. technology developments, supplier consolidation).
• Manage sourcing activities, prioritizing and rebalancing against business objectives.
• Lead the full sourcing process which includes development of scope, supplier selection, commercial negotiation, risk mitigation and contract execution, ensuring the appropriate business involvement at all stages of the process.
• Undertake due diligence in mitigating all external supply risk from supplier selection through to contract execution.
• Support implementation if new contracts and change of supplier, ensuring efficient management of change and in particular effective handover and understanding of contract terms by front liners supervisors.
• Development of supplier management process and relationships.
• Actively participate in supplier performance management, including ongoing contract management and control, collation of performance data, and planning and execution of supplier meetings.
• Manage, update, and monitor the contract procurement plan, checking and validating contracts expiry date and spend. Ensuring that all contracts are captured and managed timely.
• Lead the activity tracking & performance reporting.

Requirements :
• At least a Bachelor Degree in related disicpline.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Previous work experience in oil and gas sector.
• Knowledge and understanding of procurement processes and strategies, demand management, demand planning and sourcing.
• Understanding local and international market
• Good in spoken and written English


Finance & Accounting Officer (2 posts)
(DKI Jakarta – Jakarta Selatan)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Finance Officer
o Produce daily and weekly cash report
o Produce daily voucher
o Review daily transaction
o Ensure all payments are executed accordingly

2. Accounting Officer
o Produce daily transaction
o Produce e-SPT withholding tax report
o Produce AP (Account Payable) report
o Input daily transaction into accounting system
o Ensure data accuracy

Requirements:
• At least a Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in related position.
• Knowledge and understanding of accounting program and e-SPT.
• Good communication skills.
• Good in spoken and written English.
• Honest, team player, analytical, attention to detail and quality.
