LEAD PLANNER & PERFORMANCE
(PHE WMO Jakarta)

Department: Operations Business Support
Summary Position :
Plan, organize, control & evaluate all aspects of Operation Division Performance Management for overall projects/programs within Operation Division to ensure the projects/programs can be delivered as per the approved scopes, on schedule, within budget and resources.
Key Responsibilities :
• Coordinate, monitor and control the development, alignment and optimization of Integrated Monthly/Annual Planning & Scheduling (e.g. scope consolidation, WBS, activity definition, duration estimation, resource assignment, facility shutdown request, budget distribution, cost spending plan and scheduling) for all projects within Project Department to ensure the alignment and optimization of monthly/annual planning and scheduling across all projects.
• Coordinate monitor and control the development, monitoring and health-check of the implementation of Performance Management, Departmental KPIs, Business Risk Management, Management of Change (MoC) (weekly, monthly, quarterly, mid- year and yearly) for all projects within Operation Division in cooperation with Budget & Cost Control Lead and Contract and Procurement Lead to ensure the prompt availability of required response proposal to any variances.
• Coordinate the preparation, consolidation and multi-departmental interfacing of WP&B Revision and Proposal of Project Department to ensure that WP&B Revision and WP&B Proposal comply with Company Policies and BPMIGAS Regulations.
• Coordinate the utilization of Project Management Services (PMS) to ensure they can play the role and responsibilities of Project Performance Team for major projects as per Company policies, BS&P business process, and project development and management guidelines.
• Coordinate, monitor and control development programs to engineers and the relevance personnel, developing and maintain Training Needs Matrix by conducting needs analysis to appropriately develop both short term and long term training strategies to enhance their ability and capability aligned with PHE WMO objectives
• Compile all progress report from all department in Operation Division, analyze and provide actual progress of approved schedule and to provide monthly forecasting and recommendation
Requirements:
• Min. Bachelors Degree in Engineering
• Min 10 years experience in oil & gas industry with related 5 years of in leadership role
• Experience in Project or Program Controller
• Familiar with Financial, Commercial & Project Management, HSE Management, Supply Chain Management, and Risk Management
• Computer Literacy
• Good command in English, written & speaking
BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST
(PHE WMO Jakarta)

Department :Information System & Business Process
Summary Position :
Identifies, documents, analyses and optimizes company business process to ensure organization continuous improvement process is in place. This individual also responsible to ensure the support and improvement activities for ERP system (i.e. SAP application) in line with companys business requirements and adhering to companys policy and procedure.
Requirements:
• S1 degree from reputable university
• Min. 3 years experiences, 2 of which should be in the area of business process and /or system analysis & design.
• SAP Application
• System Analysis & Design
• Good command in English both written and speaking.
Sr. Community Development Officer
Location: Jakarta - Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ)
General Responsibilities:
To perform implementation and execution of CD/KPO programs in the companys exploration and operations areas, in order to ensure effective and smooth companys operations as well as creation of companys image.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate the initiatives of community development/KPO programs with all related parties
2. Perform regional mapping and assessment in connection with all related parties
3. Develop draft budget of community development/KPO programs
4. Perform implementation of all community development/KPO programs
5. Anticipate and resolve any related problems with local communities
6. Maintain and improve communication and relations with local communities, both local informal and formal leaders as well as local NGOs
7. Coordinate in any project familiarization with other companys functions, such as HSSE, Operations
Requirements:
• Min. Bachelors Degree in Mass Communication and Anthropology
• Having minimum 7 years of working experiences in oil & gas industry with exposure to community relations
• Having experiences in building networks/relationships with Government, Authority and Community
• Having good report writing skills
• Possess excellent communication with great personal skills
• Strong ability to influence others
• Strong ability to understand company policy, community culture and interest
• Good command in English (verbal and written
• Computer literacy (Ms. Office)
