As part of our business expansion in Indonesia, we are seeking highly qualified professionals to fill in position below:

Subcontracting Engineer

Job purpose:
Ensures management and admininstation of subcontracts and formalize subcontracting documents from tender to closeout

Reporting lines and interactions:
Hierarchically reports to: Head office Subcontracting / Construction Dept manager
Operationally reports to: Subcontracting manager / Site Manager
Directly supervises: Quantity Surveyours

Main accountabilities
• Participate subcontract development process
• Ensures sourcing and qualifications of bidders
• Performs preparation, assembly and issuance of Call for tenders, addendums and tender clarifications
• Performs negotiations, formation and award of formal subcontracts
• Ensures field administration of subcontracts ( including change order and back-charges management) as per procedures and subcontract closeout
• Prepares feedback and statistic ( cost, manhours, productivity, quantities, reworks rates,…) reports/records as per corporate guidelines

Requirements:
• Technical Diploma with minimum of 4 years experience in subcontracting activities or university engineering degree with jobsite experience of 3 or 4 years within another engineering / construction discipline
• Good written and spoke English Language communication skills

Mechanical Rotating Engineering

Job summary:
Perform Engineering design on current projects for onshore /offshore projects and to fulfill Departmental needs and support engineering operation within the Company.

Reporting lines and interactions:
Hierarchically reports to: Mechanical Department Head,
Operationally reports to: Lead Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:
Main scopes of engineering deliverables performed include:
• Basic engineering design and calculation reports
• Equipment pre-selection reports (for Rotating Equipment)
• Technical Clarifications and Bid Evaluation Reports
• Equipment Cost estimation /Weight estimation
• Interface with other disciplines
• Vendor Data Review/Approval / Review Manufacturer Data Report (MDR)
• Inspection assistance (which will include own Technical Analyses of test results)
• Ability to solve site related issues / Support to Site Technical Queries (STQ)

Requirements:
• The Candidate shall posses a recognized Degree in Mechanical Engineering with good communication skill.
• Possess at least minimum 3- 5 years of design experience in various Rotating Equipment, including High Pressure Hydrocarbon Compressors and Turbo-Expanders (A minimum of 3 years of experience in EPC Contracting work will be an advantage, including adequate Site and Test-Witness experience)
• Be able to work independently and have the ability to Lead a team of Rotating Equipment and general Mechanical Engineers for oil & gas / petrochemical projects
• Be able to produce Engineering specifications /Requisitions/ perform Equipment selection for Client approval in fast-track environments and conduct technical clarification meetings with potential Bidders /Clients.
• Be thorough with the standards and good engineering practices of international oil companies, in addition to international codes such as API, ASME/ANSI, NFPA, NACE, EN and ISO.
• He must possess detailed knowledge of his field and able to perform technical audit / Pre-qualification meeting at Vendor’s premises
• The Candidate having relevant experience 3 years and above can also apply

Mechanical Static Engineer
(DKI Jakarta)

Job Summary:
Perform Engineering design on current projects for onshore /offshore projects and to fulfill Departmental needs and support engineering operation within the Company.

Responsibilities:

• Equipment pre-selection reports (for Static Equipment – Pressure vessels, column, reactors, storage tanks, air-coolers, TEMA exchangers, plate-exchangers, etc)
• Technical Clarifications and Bid Evaluation Reports
• Equipment Cost estimation /Weight estimation
• Interface with other disciplines
• Vendor Data Review/Approval / Review Manufacturer Data Report (MDR)
• Inspection assistance (which will include own Technical Analyses of test results)
• Ability to solve site related issues / Support to Site Technical Queries (STQ)

Lead / Sr. Pipeline Engineer

Requirements
• Shall have a minimum of 8 - 10 years experience and above as Senior Pipeline Engineer in Oil and gas Industry for Offshore and Onshore projects.
• Shall have a n Engineering Degree (or recognized equivalent)
• Should be familiar with International Codes and Standards and common industry practices for design of subsea pipelines, risers and associated facilities.
• Should have working experience in various pipeline engineering design activities, including :
o Pipeline and riser mechanical design such as thickness, stability, expansion, spanning, collapse, etc.
o Pipeline, riser and spool stress analysis
• Have a working knowledge of offshore construction and equipment
• Shall have experience in preparation of MTO’s, Cost Estimates, schedules, material and equipment specifications and data sheets.
• Shall be Computer literate, i.e. shall be able to work on MS Office or equivalent. Experience in the use of AutoPIPE software is preferred. Experience in the use of industry standard software packages would also be an advantage.
• Shall possess good communication skills in English language. Previous experience as a Team Leader and Good Team Player, and the ability to work with minimum supervision would be an added advantange

Contract Engineer

Requirements:
• Min. Engineering Degree
• Min. 5 years working experience in related field
• Computer literate, esp. Microsoft Office (Words, Excel)
• Should be able to communicate in English language
• Proficient in English, spoken and written

Receptionist

Requirements:
• Min. Diploma degree
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a receptionist

Pipeline Engineer
(DKI Jakarta)

Requirements

Technical Requirements:

General Requirements:
