and Jakarta. KPC's operations include a series of open pits and coal preparation facilities. KPC incorporated in 1982 with BHP Bilition (BP) and Rio Tinto Group (CRA) each holding 50% of the shares. On 16 July 2003, PT. Bumi Resources Tbk. signed a Sales and Purchases

01. SPECIALIST - PURCHASING

o Graduate in Industrial Engineering field with more than 3 years’ experience in purchasing activities either within a project or mining industries.
o Having knowledge of purchasing, customs, logistic warehousing principles and market place.
o Extensive knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations, especially those related to commercial activities.
o Skills in composing and review of contractual documents.
o Technical knowledge related to the services is a plus.
o Negotiating skills in dealing with agreement matters, after sales services claims, and meetings.
o Process mapping and facilitation skills.

02. SPECIALIST – GENERAL TRAINING

o Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Education or other related fields with a minimum of 3 years relevant in training and/ or human resource development.
o Strong facilitation and presentation skills to conduct Leadership and Management Training programs.
o Knowledge of principles and current approaches to General Training and adult education techniques.
o Excellent relationship management, time management, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.


03. SENIOR SPECIALIST – PURCHASING

o University/college degree with 5 years experiences in the areas of purchasing, inventory control, warehouse and logistic.
o Having knowledge of purchasing, custom, logistic warehousing principles and market places.
o Good analytical and numerical skills.
o Good planner, good people skills and organizing skills.
o Able to work under pressure and possess creative thinking.
o Possess qualification in Supply Chain areas from reputable organization such as Charter.
o Institute of Purchasing and Supply or other international organization will be an advantage.


04. SPECIALIST - PROCUREMENT

o Graduate in Engineering, Transport & Procurement field with more than 3 years’ experience.
o Tertiary education in Industrial Engineering/Transport from a reputable university Extensive Knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations, especially those related to commercial activities.
o Good knowledge of Organizational behavior.
o Able to coordinate all stakeholders in managing logistics matters.
o Extensive knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations, especially those related to commercial activities.
o Negotiating skills in dealing with logistics matters, claims, and meetings.
o Process mapping and facilitation skills.


05. SPECIALIST - APPLICATION SYSTEM (ERP)

o Tertiary qualification (S1) in Information Technology, Commerce or others with 6 years’ experience in commercial computing environments encompassing integrated systems, PC knowledge, programming and business analysis.
o Possess extensive experience and proven skills in IT management, preferably in the mining or oil and gas industry.
o Knowledge of Ellipse or similar systems would be a distinct advantage.
o It is desirable that the applicant possess a sound functional knowledge of the relevant Mincom Ellipse ERP modules (Finance Accounting, Operation Maintenance or Material Management).

06. SUPERVISOR – PROJECT (MECHANICAL)

o Have good Mechanical Construction design analysis skills and must be able to check design results in at least two different ways, with minimum 3 years’ experience.
o Ability to write clear, concise, relevant reports – usually with detailed recommendations. Ideally these reports should be in English Language.

07. COORDINATOR – HSE & PROJECT CONTROL

o S1 with at least 3 years’ experience or D3 with at least 5 years’ experience.
o Working experience for HSE management system and has experience exposing to project management function.
o Strong background in HSE and standard implementation.
o Good interpersonal skills to liaise with personnel at all well from various departments / divisions and contractors.

08. SENIOR ENGINEER – PROJECT MECHANICAL

o Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
o More than 5 years plus of relevant industry/management experiences.
o Extensive experience and proven skills in Mechanical Engineering/Construction s. Having experience in Mechanical Projects at mining industry will be an advantageous.
o Having experience on Project Management i.e cost-time-quality management as well as skilled on project scheduling and budgeting control.
o Ability to work with a diverse team of professionals and equipment operators.
o Analytical, problem solving skills together with aptitude to solve technical difficulties.
o Having good communication and leadership skill to encourage team for pursuing the project objective.

09. ENGINEER - MINE REHABILITATION

o Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering or Civil Engineering with 1 years’ experience in field work.
o Provide planning for the operation of Mine Rehabilitation to achieve target on clearing, topsoil removal and rehabilitation within time schedule, budget and safety aspects.
o Provide feedback to operational on specific aspects of technical and operations to highlight opportunities for improving performance based on performance parameters.
o Analytical, problem solving skills (must be able to check result in at least two, preferably three, different ways).
o Literacy in mine planning or other drafting software, able to read drawings and understand the performance measurement system used on site.
