Drilling HSSE Lead
Location: Jakarta-Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ)

Responsibilities:
Facilitate, implement, evaluate, monitor and perform audit of all safety programs and initiatives across D&C Department, , including provision of required advisory related to safety management system, in order to ensure the achievement of safety standards, compliance and objectives across all relevant functions in support of Company’s overall operations.

Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering Background
- Having more than 10 years in oil & gas industry
- Minimum 7 years of total experiences required in drilling, completion, testing, work-over and well-services activities with field exposure as Safety Coach/Officer and good knowledge/understanding operational HSSE function with field exposure
- Must have Survival and HUET licenses
- Understanding of ISO 14001 certification is advantage
- Having strong personality and good communication skills
- Good command in English is a must (verbal and written)
- Ability to lead groups, work with peers, and communicate/influence with others

Procurement Specialist
Location: Jakarta-Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ)

Responsibilities:
To perform all goods procurement activities including bidding process (tender, direct selection and direct appointment), in order to ensure goods procurement is conducted in accordance with applicable procurement regulations and goods meet stakeholders expectation within cost recovery standards.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Legal and Economics
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in oil & gas industry with minimum 3 years of working experiences at supply chain activities
• Certified PTK 007 (Procurement and Supply Chain Guideline) issued by formal government institution
• Must skillfully in Bid Document and Contract Development
• Must have understanding in Market Sector, Business Strategy/Demand Management, Contractor selection, Contract Execution and Supplier Performance Management
• Must have understanding in the nature of supply chain activities, especially procurement process from end to end process
• Must have negotiation skill
• Good command in English
• Having computer literacy of Ms. Office Windows 7, Oracle or SAP
