Job description
To coordinate, direct and perform corrective actions all mining activities and overburden haulage appropriate HSE procedures,
conduct planning and preparation of work schedules.

Qualifications:
The level of education min S1 Mining / Geology / Geodesy
Minimum age 28 years
Have a minimum of 5 years work experience in the same field
Have a Primary Operations Supervisor certification (POP), POM is preferred
Being able to make long-term planning and short, along with the needs of the unit and operating costs
Being able to control and manage activities mines in achieving profit targets and project safely, effectively and efficiently
Able to operate mining software (Minex / Minescape / XPAC)
Capable of driving Light Vehicle and have SIM A
Leadership and managerial skills
Mastering the techniques of presentation and language juicer
