We are one of the National Contractor Has A Contract with the Company’s Oil and Gas and Geothermal Both Offshore and Onshore such as Java Sea, Natuna, Sampang Madura, Sumatra, Aceh and Papua. We are Currently looking for candidates as below:


1. PROJECT ENGINEER

Full Description:
1. Prepares estimates of costs, materials, and time to complete for new projects (Pipeline/ Structure/ Civil).
2. Performs field surveys, prepares bid packets, and bidder lists for engineering and Pipeline/Structure/Civil services needed to complete the project.
3. Evaluates bid responses and recommends the selection of external contractors to complete the project.
4. Coordinates the process for selection material and service vendors.
5. Creates requisitions or purchase orders for materials and services to complete the project and monitors their timely delivery to the construction site.
6. Develops drain down and refill procedures and communicates the procedure to affected parties.
7. Monitors the costs and schedule of a construction project and takes corrective actions to ensure that projects are completed on schedule and under budget.
8. Compiles information and prepares reports regarding the status of projects.
9. Negotiates right-of-way claims with landowners to resolve right-of-way concerns associated with construction projects or erosion on the pipeline.
10. Investigates new technology to assist in more efficient problem-solving solutions.
11. Prepares estimates and authorizations for expenditure for capital and expense projects to define cost boundaries for budgeting and project funding.
12. Familiar with the work Pipeline, Fabrikasi, ASMI, API.
13. Excellent in field engineering support service as per mentioned scope of work
14. Able to operate the software of AutoCAD, Microsoft (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Poin) and Email

Qualifications:
1. Male, Age Max. 45 Years
2. S-1 Engineering ( Mechanical/ Civil/Construction/Fabrication/ Pipeline) from Refutable University
3. Working Experience Minimum 5 Years in Oil and Gas, as Engineer / Project Engineer (Pipeline/Structure/Civil/Construction/Fabrication)
4. at least have a certificate engineer


2. PROJECT CONTROL ENGINEER

Full Description :
The major duties and responsibilities of project control engineer are controlling the progress of the project, ensuring resource availability and allocating the same, coordinating with various departments and external agencies, and reporting.

Qualifications:
1. Male, Age Max. 45 Years
2. S-1 / DIII Engineering ( Mechanical,Construction/Fabrication, Pipeline) from Refutable University
3. Working Experience Minimum 5 Years in Oil and Gas, as Project Control Engineer (Construction/Fabrication and Pipeline)
4. at least have a certificate engineer


3. SITE MANAGER

Full Description :
As Site Manager you are overall responsible for organising and directing the project team to complete the project. Your main tasks and accountabilities are:
1. Managing a project from set-up to handover and evaluation
2. Safeguarding project complementation on time, within budget and in accordance with contract specifications
3. Setting up a project plan and establishing a project team
4. Preparing and attending progress meetings with clients and/or representatives
5. Approving subcontracts, purchases above a certain nominal value, payments to third parties
6. Able to prepare and monitor work schedules, project costing, procurement, and coordination with all partied involved to ensure work progress smoothly and completed within target time and budget
7. Promoting continuous improvement of project results together with safety & quality standards
8. Compiling the projects “close-out report”

Qualification:
1. Male, Age Max. 40 Years
2. S-1 / DIII Engineering ( Mechanical/Construction/Fabrication/ Pipeline) from Refutable University
3. Working Experience Minimum 5 – 7 Years in Oil and Gas, as Site Manager

4. CONSTRUCTION SUPERITENDENT

Full Description:
As Construction Superitendent you are overall responsible for organising and directing the project team to complete the project. Your main tasks and accountabilities are:
1. Able to Coordinates and supervises all construction activities
2. Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.
3. Maintains construction/Fabrication, Pipeline schedule, identifies and solves problems.
4. Orders materials and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the process
5. Understands the project plans, specifications and the Epcon Communities / Apple Tree, LLC Systems
6. Maintains positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other employees
7. Prepares, schedules and supervises completion of a final punch list.
8. Promotes job site safety, encourages safe work practices and rectifies job site hazards immediately

Qualifications:
1. Male, Age Max 42 Years
2. Min D III / S1 Engineering (Mechanical, Construction/Fabrication, Pipeline, Civil) from Refutable University
3. Working Experience Minimum 5 Years Oil and Gas At Construction Superitendent
4. Familiar with the work Pipe Line, Construction/Fabrication, ASMI, API.
5. Excellent in field engineering support service as per mentioned scope of work
6. Able to operate the software of AutoCAD, Microsoft (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Poin) and Email
7. Fluent in English, both writing and speaking. Excelence in writing report in english
8. Good team work and willing to Work Hard
9. Hard worker and high motivation
10. Can work under pressure and tight target
11. Company will Provide Special Rate and Bonus Per Project
12. Would be Placed in Remote Areas

5. ENGINEERING

Qualifications:
1. Male, Age Max 40 Years
2. S-1 Engineering (Mechanical, Construction/Fabrication, Pipeline) from Refutable University
3. Working Experience Minimum 5 Years Oil and Gas At Engineering for various project
4. Familiar with the work Pipe Line, Construction/Fabrication, ASMI, API.
5. Excellent in field engineering support service as per mentioned scope of work
6. Able to prepare and monitor work schedules, project costing, procurement, and coordination with all partied involved to ensure work progress smoothly and completed within target time and budget

Qualifications:
1. Female, Age Max 30 Years
2. Education: Min S1 preferably majoring in secretarial
3. Working Experience Minimum 3 Years as a secretary (preferably)
4. Look attractive
5. Able to operate the software of Microsoft (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Poin) and Email
6. Fluent in English, both writing and speaking. (TOEFL 500)
7. Adept at communicating and willing to work outside normal working hours
8. Hard worker and high motivation
