Electrical Supervisor
Papua

Responsibilities:
To coordinate low voltage electrical system, high voltage generators electrical system and stationary machine electrical system, construction and maintenance work activities to which he has been assigned according to agreed plan, while maintaining a health & safe working environment with the prime objective of optimizing performance and safety of all fixed plant assets and infrastructure.

Requirements:
• Minimum of senior/technical high school or trade qualification is preferred.
• 4 – 7 years experience in plant operation
• Deep knowledge upon practical application of electrical equipments & safety legal requirements.
• Preferably any level of education who graduates from plant apprentice program
• POP holder is (if work in a mine site)
• Have extensive experience in plant operational works with a capability in monitoring direct staff or subcontractors
• Experience working at mining/civil contractor is preferred.

Responsibilities:
• To coordinate the heavy equipment, generators and stationary machine electrical works to which he has been assigned in order to ensure that targets are achieved
• To coordinate and develop the assigned subordinates in order to optimize workable time.
• To coordinate continuous improvement and optimization activities in order to ensure optimum efficiencies in ongoing basis.
• To ensure sufficient competent technical resources are available in order to effectively perform electrical works.
• To enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures in order to ensure the excellent safety record and encourage employee participation in health and safety matters in order to comply with statutory requirements and HSE expectation.

Electrical Manager
Papua

Responsibilities:
To manage electrical work activities of the project area to which he has been assigned according to agreed plan, while maintaining a health & safe working environment with the prime objective of ensuring that daily, weekly and monthly production targets are achieved.

Requirements:
• Degree in electrical engineering or related disciplines
• Deep knowledge upon practical application of civil construction & safety legal requirements
• 10 – 12 years experience in civil/construction
• Have extensive experience in performing design drawing, planning and engineering role on construction, civil infrastructure works, and projects.
• In depth understanding of construction methodology covering building and civil infrastructure.
• Have a minimum of 5 years exposure in civil project management.
• Experience working at civil contractor is preferred.

Responsibilities:
• To manage electrical works to which he has been assigned in order to ensure that targets are achieved.
• To manage, coordinate and develop the assigned subordinates in order to optimize workable time in electrical installation.
• To liaise with the procurement and engineering staff to ensure the selection of material that meet budget and specification in order to ensure approvals are obtained from client
• To manage engineering team in the production of shop drawings and installation method statements in order to meet the project program with regards to installation works
• To oversee consultants on agreed quality assurance procedures in order to ensure the design(s) meets relevant codes and good engineering practice.

Requirements:
