Training Officer
(Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Psychology (Profession) or other related major
* More than 2 years experience in same or equivalent position.
* Self starter and looking for growth opportunity.
* Good in facilitating & consulting skills.
* Dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, strong in interpersonal and good in communication skill.
* Having familiar using Ms.Office (Word, Excel, SPSS, Power-point)
* Willing to travel
* Proficiency in English language (written & spoken)

Recruitment & OD Section Head
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
* Pooling potential candidate in term of recruitment, developing assessment tools and training manuals, analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs, conduct job analysis, job evaluation and develop talent pool and career path.

Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Psychology (Profession) or other related major.
* More than 3 years experience in same or equivalent position.
* Self starter and looking for growth opportunity.
* Good in facilitating & consulting skills.
* Depth knowledge of Organizational Behavior, Individual Psychology, Group Dynamics & Organization Development Theory.
* Having deep knowledge in the areas of recruitment, training, and talent management
* Have at least 1 successful project implementation with organization development
* Dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, strong in interpersonal and good in communication skill.
* Having familiar using Ms.Office (Word, Excel, SPSS, Power-point)
* Willing to travel
* Proficiency in English language (written & spoken)
