PT ASMIN BARA BRONANG, an extensive growth National Coal Mining Company (PKP2B, 3rd GENERATION) rapidly expanding our resources in Central Kalimantan (Mine Site) & Jakarta Office, is seeking for qualified and committed candidates for the following positions:

Assistant General Affairs Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise general services activities, asset management, building maintenance and office services matters in order to support office and site s operational,
2. Maintain Company cars and fleet, operational cars, transportation request for employee and visitor, vehicle services, issuance of parking permits for all employees, review driver overtime, etc,
3. Control and supervise the drivers, office boy/girl, receptionist, messenger from Outsourcing Company in order to ensure the excellent quality of work,
4. Handle the hotel arrangement, ticketing and accommodation for employees,
5. Monitor the sanitation of office areas including pantry, camp, canteen, waste disposal areas, meeting rooms and its preparation of administrative affairs, etc,
6. Maintain Company assets, administrative documentation & records,
7. Organize and responsible of Company events and activities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in any discipline preferably Management/Admin or equivalent,
2. Min 6 years experience in General Affairs especially Mining industry with 3 years proven experiences as Assistant Manager/Supervisor level,
3. Good knowledge on Purchasing area including purchase order for supplies, services, negotiating with suppliers, etc is a must,
4. Familiar with Office management and administration tasks,
5. Ability to have a high sense of urgency, positive attitude, attention to details and able to interact effectively with all levels,
6. Willing to travel to site.

Environment Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Setting & implementing the company goal on environmental matters, such as: Environmental Risk Assessment, AMDAL, hazardous material, B3/ Non B3 waste handling, sampling & analyzing, nursery & seeding, reclamation, revegetation, and environment policy for work safety in mining activities,
2. Understand well on government regulations and best practice related to environmental,
3. Understand well on preventing and controlling acid mine drainage,
4. Coordinating environmental activities and encouraging environmental awareness with other/all departments,
5. Encounter any environmental issues.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in environmental, mining, forestry and/or science-related field,
2. > 3 years experience in environmental within the mining (similar) industry,
3. Familiar on using in situ Environmental Monitoring Tools (Horiba, etc),
4. AMDAL A and POP certification is must,
5. Excellent command of the English language in the use of “Microsoft Office” programs etc.

Tax Assistant Manager/Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Analyzing & preparing income tax return, tax compliance, payroll tax, tax effect accounts, tax fixed asset and maintain all tax records data & documentation,
2. Analyzing & preparing of tax monthly report, including SPT PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, Pph 25 and tax yearly report, including SPT PPh 29 and PPh 21 and other related reports,
3. Updating with relevant law taxation and ensure all the changes of tax implementation is relevant with government tax legislation,
4. Provide advice of tax applications and implications on every transaction to various business units,
5. Provide support and guidance for daily tax advice for all departments on day to day basis.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting with Accountant Registered/Tax Consultant Registered is preferred,
2. 6 years experience in Taxation with some exposure in Accounting within Engineering/Mining/construction industry as Coordinator/Supervisor or equivalent,
3. Tax Brevet B/C certificate is advantageous,
4. Knowledgeable of operating Accounting software, e-SPT is a plus,
5. Ability to work in under supervision and a high level of attention to detail with a conscientious work ethic,
6. This role will involve occasional travel to site.

Accounting Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Undertaking tasks in accounting areas including pre-payment journals, annual budgeting cash forecasting around project schedules, costs measurement, analysis and cost control against forecasts and budgets,
2. Assist in preparation of audit files and reporting for auditors in timely manners,
3. Occasional travel to site to provide assistance and ensure the operations running smoothly,
4. Prepare and analysis accounts, bank records, reconcile and other General Ledger accounts on monthly basis,
5. Able to work closely with Finance Dept and other Departments in order to achieve successful job completion.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting with Accountant Registered is preferred,
2. 4 years experience within Engineering/Mining/construction as Coordinator/Supervisor or equivalent,
3. Brevet A/B/C certificate is advantageous,
4. Knowledgeable of operating Accounting Software is a must,
5. Ability to work in under supervision and lead a team,
6. This role will involve occasional travel to site.


Construction Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring the project plans and milestone are being met and keeping a project on schedule in budget and estimation cost,
2. Implementation of methods and technology associated with infrastructures systems and construction programs,
3. Lead, monitor and control mine infrastructure projects,
4. Coordinating activities to construct capital project comprising Safety procedures and resolving any dispute which may arise on the site with minimum supervision,
5. Knowledgeable with the construction industry.

Requirements:

1. Associate Degree (S1) in Civil / Structural Engineering with leadership qualities,
2. Minimum 4 or 5 years experience as Construction Supervisor, mainly from Construction/Mining companies,
3. Excellent experience managing construction teams and controlling budgets,
4. Required experiences in Construction of Hauling Roads, Barge, Jetty Port, Docks, Crusher, Rom Stock Pile and Product Complete,
5. Sound knowledge of construction site safety procedures, K3 / HSE,
6. Computer literate with advanced knowledge of Auto CAD, CorelDraw, MS Project, and Civil 3D,
7. Willing to relocate to site.

Network Administrator

Responsibilities:

1. Installing, administration and troubleshooting all servers and clients computers issues,
2. Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting internal network and infrastructure,
3. Responsible for daily operational of networking system in the office and Mine Sites,
4. Responsible for networking devices (switches/hubs), media backup, communication devices (PABX), and other peripherals such as CD program, cabling, crimping tools, etc,
5. Hardware troubleshooting including PC desktop, notebook, printer and scanner,
6. Support administration including email administration, user registration and quota management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Information Technology/Computer Engineering with min GPA 2.75,
2. Minimum 2 years experience as Network administrator in Mining industry,
3. Excellent working concept of Networking LAN/WAN/VSAT/VOIP/Print Server/File Server/Proxy Server/TCPIP/DHCP Server/Firewall/VPN/Mail Server/Wireless,
4. Familiar with Windows Server 2008/Windows Server 2003,
5. Familiar with Virtual Server/VmWare/Citrix Client-Server,
6. Familiar with Windows XP/Vista/7, ISA Server 2006, Microsoft Exchange Server 2007/2010,
7. Familiar with Office 2007/Project 2007/Visio 2007,
8. Familiar with Active Directory and IT Security concept,
9. Familiar with CISCO Router, HP MSL2024 including HP Data Protector backup software, Juniper Network Firewall,
10. Strong analytical, teamwork, ability to perform in time pressures and meet deadlines,
11. Willing to travel to site

Technical Support

Responsibilities:

1. Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting all PC desktop/notebook issues including Windows Operating System, Anti Virus, Office Application and other setup,
2. Responsible for daily operational of all PC desktops, notebooks, printers, scanners, modems, UPS and other communication devices,
3. Responsible for all client networking issues such as troubleshooting connections, cabling crimping, setup printer and scanner,
4. Responsible to give minor training to user for Office 2007 (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc),
5. Conducting periodic maintenance and inspection of all PC desktops, notebooks, printers and scanners.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree majoring Information Technology/ Computer Engineering with min GPA 2,75,
2. Min 2 years experience as a Technical Support preferably in Mining industry,
3. Technical knowledge on Windows XP/Vista/7,
4. Technical knowledge on Office 2007/Visio 2007/Project 2007,
5. Familiar with McAfee Anti Virus,
6. Good knowledge on Networking (LAN) basic concept and Windows Server 2003/2008,
7. Strong analytical, teamwork, ability to perform in time pressures and meet deadlines,
8. Willing to be assigned to Muara Teweh (Kalimantan Tengah).
