1.Commercial Manager

Description

Job Requirements
1. Create and protect value for the corporation and stakeholders.
Integrate technical and commercial information to understand business risks and opportunities.
Gain internal alignment on acceptable risk positions and actions, structuring and negotiation of agreements.
Manage arrangements with coventurers and governments to define the sharing of risk and reward.
Negotiate and manage all key E&P commercial agreements required to access, produce, transport and sell hydrocarbons.
Ensure sound knowledge within the team of economic analysis, legal, operational, financial and tax issues
Negotiate, implement and manage COMPANY’S’ contractual rights and obligations in order to realize and maximize value. For example: negotiate sales and purchase agreements, secure pipeline capacity rights, schedule product lifting, understand value adjustment mechanisms and other aspects of hydrocarbon accounting
2. Develop and maintain relationships with host governments and other key stakeholders.
3. Manage the COMPANY’S Indonesia Commercial team.
Establish optimal organization structure and job descriptions and ensure that all positions are staffed appropriately.

Support team performance by sharing knowledge and best practices
4. Serve as a member of the COMPANY’S Indonesia Leadership Team.

Qualifications
1. Technical Competencies
• Commercial Agreement Experience - Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the key risks, major requirements and potential dangers of the key commercial agreements in the upstream oil & gas industry
• People Development/Influencer - Experience of managing/influencing in a politically complex, multicultural environment
• Influence - Strong ability to influence business partners, both internal and external.
• Networking - Proven ability to proactively develop strong external relationships
• Proven experience of negotiating sales and purchase agreements and associated commercial documents and agreements
• Economics - Solid understand PSC and project economic analysis and interpretation
2. Education and Experience:
• Degree in Engineering, Business or Legal disciplines from a reputable university
• MBA preferred but not required
• At least 12 years relevant industry experience, of which at least 5 years have been spent negotiating Commercial agreements
3. Basic Skills:
• Computer literate: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia & English, both verbal and written

2. SCM (Supply Chain Management) Analyst

• Coordinate business partner relationships for a particular supply chain specialty: to understand business issues and requirements; to define services/outputs required from SCM; and to manage supplier/contractor relationships
• Ability to identify business issues, conduct appropriate analysis, and recommend viable alternatives and/or specifications where other “fit for purpose” options do not exist
• Handle all phases of the supply chain process, communicating effectively with business partners, suppliers, contractors and other personnel, throughout the activity cycle
• Manage tender process: determine appropriate tender recipients using existing selection procedures; evaluate proposals with the business partner to identify the best business solution; prepare tender documentation and present recommendations to SCM management

Qualifications
• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Distribution strongly desired (or equivalent work experience); advanced degree a plus
• 5-10 years professional level work experience in Supply Chain, preferably within E&P
• Professionally qualified, or working toward certification or membership (e.g., CIPS, RICS, Green Belt)
• Strong analytic skills, ability to understand strategies and business-related concepts
• Robust understanding of financial indicators and ability to perform sound economic analysis (e.g., ROI, cash flow analysis, lease vs. buy, micro economics)
• Ability to build rapport with and influence Senior Management
• Demonstrated leadership capability
• Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to prepare and deliver compelling business presentations
• Good organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure

Environmental Health & Safety

3. Safety Specialist

Description
To provide Safety technical assistance to the Operations Leader, Project Leader and EHS Leader regarded as the focal point for all Safety Engineering relating to the Company and associated Contractors.
Plan, prepare and conduct risk analysis, safety engineering design, process engineering review, Facilities Modification Safety review HAZID, HAZOP, QRA, JSA and other related risk assessment. The main contribution is safety engineering advisory and expertise.

Qualifications
It is really needed to ensure the safe conditions of Company’s Operations especially in Indonesia. Minimum 4 years experience in EHS Risk Assessments (Good understanding of risk assessment techniques), HAZOP, HAZID, JSA, FERA, QRA and Modern Safety Engineering and Management.5 years experience in Oil and Gas Industry Project/Construction and Operation/Production.
Working knowledge of Safety national and international standards applicable to the oil and gas industry

4. Environmental Engineer

Description
Provide environmental technical assistance to the EHS leader regarded as a focal point for all EHS issues relating to the Company and associated Contractors.
Provide advice and raise awareness of Company management and Contractors to the environmental impact of business activities and the measures available to reduce the potential for damage.
Ensure Company practices comply and procedures embody current Indonesian environmental legislation

Qualifications
Requirement : 5 years experience of environmental issues found in the oil and gas industry, proven experience of Environmental Impact Assessments and Management systems to ISO 14 000 standard, Engineering or Environmental Science, working knowledge of environmental national and international standards applicable to the oil and gas industry, skilled in environmental audits and investigation methods, good understanding of risk assessment technique.
