I. Our client, an expanding Service and Maintenance IT company for Telecommunication, is looking for:
1. SUPPORT & INTERGRATION ENGINEER (code SIE:XII/08)
Implementation and Technical Delivery:
• Prepare and maintain all Configuration documentation for the solution in accordance with the functionality specified in the Solution Design (SD). This documentation is prepared in consultation with the customer s business units to ensure consistency and completeness of the deployed solution;
• Prepare and maintain the Implementation Plan for the solution components to ensure accurate delivery as well as provide as-built documentation for each deployment;
• Prepare and maintain all required Testing documentation for release to the customer. So demonstrate the solution s adherence to the agreed requirements;
• Plan and execute staging assembly, configuration, and testing of the solution planned for deployment in accordance with the developed documentation;
• Plan and execute onsite assembly, configuration, and testing of the solution for deployment in the customer s environment in accordance with the developed documentation;
• Manage dependencies and constraints during solution deployment to ensure smooth transitions to the Support organization;
• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of onsite implementation, configuration, and testing processes and methods.
Knowledge & Experience:
• Experience with network and multimedia components in mobile, fixed, or Internet telecommunications environments;
• Experience with UNIX (preferably Solaris), including scripting (shell, Perl, Python, etc.);
• Good knowledge of Oracle-specific and/or generic SQL database concepts and operation, including scripting;
• Experience with the protocols used by products, including TCP/IP, SS7, INAP, CAMEL, MAP, H323, Sigtran (and its related subsets), etc;
• Experience with different stages of software development lifecycles and software development fundamentals;
• Experience with the creation and execution of test strategies, plans, and scripts.
2. System/ Network Engineer (code SNE:XII/08)
Responsibilities:
• Responding to RFP/RFI/RFQs in coordination with MRS;
• Providing detailed/timely customer product feedback and feature requests to product management;
• Leading technical discussions at partner workshops, tradeshows, and joint selling opportunities;
• Scheduling and conducting introduction of customer to Narus support team after completing implementations.
Experience and Skills Required:
• Understanding of Access control and authentication infrastructure (iPlanet, .NET, Netegrity, RSA/Securant, Oblix, LDAP, CMS, PKI, RADIUS/Tacacs+) is preferred;
• Network management understanding or experience (SNMP, RMON, OpenView, Unicenter, Tivoli, Micromuse Netcool) is preferred;
• Previous experience successfully responding to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs to Fortune 1000 level customers including data service/hosting providers;
• Excellent communication skills and familiarity with presentation tools, such as Microsoft Powerpoint.
II. An experienced PMA contractor with major interest in the power plant and other industrial plant is currently seeking experienced and competent professional to joint our organization, as below:
1. Project Manager (code PM:XII/08)
General Requirements:
• S1 in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering;
• Having 8 years or more of working experience at construction site, preferable in Power Plant or Petrochemical industry;
• Willing to be stationed on site or offsite;
• Proven record track of leadership & supervisory;
• Able to communicate in English both written and oral;
• Good negotiation skills.
2. Site Manager (code SM:XII/08)
General Requirements:
• S1 in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering;
• Having 6 years or more of working experience at construction site, preferable in Power Plant or Petrochemical industry;
• Willing to be stationed at constructions site all over Indonesia;
• Able to communicate in English both written and oral;
• Good personal skills and negotiation skills.
3. Construction Manager (code CM:XII/08)
General Requirements:
• S1 in Mechanical Engineering;
• Having 5 years or more of working experience at construction site, preferable in Power Plant or Petrochemical industry;
• Willing to be stationed at constructions site all over Indonesia;
• Able to communicate in English both written and oral;
• Good personal skills and negotiation skills.
4. Tendering Leader (code TL:XII/08)
General Requirements:
• S1 Engineering preferably Electrical Engineering/Physics Engineering;
• Male/Female max 45 years old;
• Having 8 years or more of working experience at EPC company as Tendering. Leader or Project Manager (having experience as Site Manager is preferred);
• Having knowledge in project activities, tender process and procedure;
• Willing to be stationed at constructions site all over Indonesia;
• Able to communicate in English both written and oral;
• Pleasant personality and good negotiation skills.
5. Senior Manager for East Indonesia (code SRM: XII/08)
General Requirements:
• S1 in Electrical or Physics Engineering;
• Having Minimum 10 years or more of working experience and 5 years as Branch Manager or as an Operation Manager in EPC Company;
• Has wide range of network business in East Indonesia area;
• Willing to be stationed at construction locations in East part of Indonesia;
• Able to communicate in English both written and oral;
• Good personal skills and negotiation skills.

III. Our client, an international mining contractor with exploration projects in Kalimantan, needs:
1. TRAINING COORDINATOR (Technical) for Mining Operations (code TRC:XII/08)
• S1 Engineering Degree;
• Experienced in > 6 years in Mining industry on site;
• Has proficient knowledge about the mining process, from feasibility studies to mining services (pit to port);
• Strong knowledge & hands on experienced on various field Heavy Equipment training and;
• Analitical & problem solver;
• Has strong exposure as a trainer for mining operation on project;
• Has experience at workshop for maintenance of Heavy Equipment & tools related to mining operations;
• Computer literate & Experienced in creating own module / syllabus for sustainable program;
• Good Leadership & communication skills to all levels;
• Good command in English both verbal & written;
• Willing to be based in Balikpapan & travel around our project sites in Kalimantan.
2. GEOLOGIST (code GEO:XII/08)
General Requirements:
• S1 Geology;
• Has 3 – 8 years field Geologist experience in Coal mining company(-ies) in Kalimantan;
• Knowledgeable geological software;
• Good leadership skills & computer literate;
• Good English comprehension, verbally & written.
