1. Training Coordinator
(Kalimantan Timur)

Responsibilities:
Manages the training need analysis, annual individual training plan, training policies for HSE.
Defines and implements the coorporate training policies and ensures follow up activities
Conduct study to improve and update existing training regulations
Manages the evaluation and selection of external instructors
Contributes to the internal mobility, lateral transfers, carees development aand job succession plan.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Others), Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Job role in Training & Development or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.

2. Human Resource Generalist
(Kalimantan Timur)

Responsibilities:
Facilitate, advice and assist line managers and employee regarding the human resources activities (especially related with people development and organization development)
Assist and advice line managers for the development program (training, job assignment, employee mobility, coaching & mentoring) of the employee
Identify the needs of manpower in the divisions
Advise line managers on organization & structure changes.
Organising and managing career development and mobility of employees

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in General HR or Organizational Development/Change Management.
