Our Client, a leading Oil & Gas Service Company in Middle-East, urgently needs the following position :

Engineering & Construction Manager

Job Description:
To Manager the Construction and Engineering Departments
Following the activities and ensuring proper coordination for the manpower/equipments/materials.
Management of Construction Teams from HQ and Site, Construction works, including civil, mechanical, piping E/I, etc.
Business Development through active communication with Clients and Tender Calls Prep.
Coordination with Procurement to ensure materials (Indirect and Direct Materials) are correctly followed, P.O are placed and reviewed, IMR, DMR registers are correctly in line Engineering Management through review of Drawings and approval of deliverables.
Working to ensure that proper engineering techniques are carried and drawings are in line with the requirements of the projects.

Qualification:
The person should have at least 15 – 20 years experience in Oil and Gas Construction Industry, 10 years position experience & 5 years planning/cost system experience.
Have good communication & Business Development Skills
Bachelor Level Engineer Degree or equivalent
Computer Literate – able to work with P3 or higher, Excel and produce presentations in Power Point, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, etc.
Must be well English Speaking & Writing


Terms & Conditions:
Monthly Salary = 12,000 – 15,000 USD / month
Rotation of 5 months worked, 1 month leave unpaid
