Quality Control Inspector

Responsibilities
1. To conduct inspection & testing or witness test
2. To prepare the inspection & test results on the related quality records
3. To prepare report for the Non conformance product and/or documentation
4. To decide product conformance based on the Quality criteria & customer Requirement

Qualifications
- Technical High School or equivalent with minimal 2 years work experiences (prefer Engineer)
- Inspector & tester of the mechanical parts product
- Calibrator staff of IMT of mechanical Measurement
- Familiar with Mechanical practise products
- Familiar with sampling plan
- Understand Mechanical Measuring Technique
- Understand the usage of IMT for Mechanical Measurement
- Understand technical specification related products
- Knowledge in ISO 9001, welding qualifications, experience with BV/DNV/….
- Knowledge in dimensional tolerances.
- Understand the calibration process
- Understand the requirements of welding quality.

Welder

Responsibilities
To build products with welding standard for:
- Wireline Unit
- Power Pack
- Tool box
- Multiphase Flow Meter
- Workshop Container
- Containerized Double Drum Unit (CDDU)

Qualifications
1. Technical High School or equivalent with minimal 3 years work experiences
2. Certified for material Carbon Steel/ Stainless Steel/ Aluminium (optional)
3. Understood with Welding Procedure Specification.
4. Understood with defect of welding quality.
5. Familiar with welding equipment and processes.

Mechanic

Responsibilities
1. Manufacturing
a. To assemble mechanics, hydraulic and electrical for all JTC product such as: Winch Unit, Power Pack and Wire Spooler included accessories
b. To assist QA/QC when conducting FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)
c. Maintenance of all JTC equipment assets including: CNC, Lathe Machine, manual lathe and milling machine, welding machine, OH Crane, Forklift, Electrical and Air Conditioner
2. Operation Support
a. Refurbishing operation Unit
b. To assist operation activity on field
3. Engineering Support
a. To assist engineering in new development product
b. To propose improvement on hydraulic system and equipment
c. To assist engineering for trouble shooting of hydraulics
d. To manufacture and test prototyping product

Qualifications
1. S1 or D3 from mechanical or similar with experience in hydraulic system
2. 5 years experiences for S1 and 8 years for D3
3. Strong experience in hydraulic system, mechanical, maintenance and electrical
4. Good skills & knowledge in diesel engine & hydraulics

R&D Engineer-Labview Specialist

Responsibilities
1. Design graphical interface and code of the Labview software 70%
2. Process analysis 30%
- Choice of actuator/sensor (accuracy, sampling, etc)
- Tuning of the regulations parameters (PID, etc)

Qualifications
1. S1 Electrical Engineering or Engineering Physics with major in Instrumentation and Control
2. 5 - 10 years experience with at least 2 years with similar Labview projects
3. Fluent English is compulsory (Overseas experience appreciated)

R&D Engineer- Mechanical Conception

Responsibilities
1. Design new product and improve existing product on CAD (50%)
- Clutch, bolt and weld assembly
- Bearing choice & calculation (force lifetime, assembly analysis)
- Force weight optimization
2. Test and evaluation of new product or product improvement (30%)
- Test product under R&D project
- Provide test procedure if testing of product done by other department or subcontractor
3. Special Designs (20%)
- According to the request preparation specification; prepare the design. Follow up the manufacturing process until the final test

Qualifications
1. S1 General Mechanical machine design manufacturing
2. 5 - 10 years of experiences compulsory
3. Fluent English required (Overseas experience appreciated)

R&D Engineer- Hydraulic Specialist

Responsibilities
1. Design complex hydraulic circuit 60%
- Choose appropriate component (basic or pressure compensated valve, single or double stage activated valve, manifold design
- Design Hydraulic control (variable displacement pump, load sensing, close loop, joystick, accumulator, unloading valve, pressure control equipment, etc)
- Correspondence and follow up with supplier
2. Assist the assembling of production 20%
- Design the assembling area
- Write the procedure and technical notice
- Trained the operators
3. Troubleshoot existing installation 20%

Qualifications
1. S1 General Mechanical or other
2. 5 - 10 years of experiences
3. Good English required (Overseas experience appreciated)
4. Strong knowledge is compulsory of Parker, Eaton-Vickers, Sauer-danfoss, Rexroth, Bucher, Linde

Industrialisation Engineer

Responsibilities
1. Collect the correct documents for each order and give to the manufacturing 40%
- Apply or write the proper procedure to fill the database
- Collect drawing from designer and check the final assembly
- Provide the masterlist and BOM for each product to the manufacturing (1 per month)
2. Handle the modification of standard products 40%
- Adapt new engine, modification of electric pump to mechanical one, cooling system, basic hydraulic
- clutch, bolt and weld assembly
- Bearing choice & calculation (force lifetime, assembly analysis)
3. Reply to client request 20%
- Check information from supplier or data sheet and reply to the inquiry

Qualifications
1. S1 General Mechanical machine design manufacturing
2. 5 - 10 years of experiences
3. Good English required (Overseas experience appreciated)
4. Good mechanical background compulsory (experience in civil construction s machine manufacturing or similar)

Industrialisation- Process/Method Engineer

Responsibilities
1. From the detailed drawing provide the code for the CNC 40%
- Define tools and different machining sequences, and parameters of cutting process (using Camworks)
- Define launching time
- Keep the database code up to date
2. Advice the Designer 30%
- Help designer for the feasibility of the cutting process (tolerance, min radius, surface finishing)
- Analyze of part and complete the drawings
3. Follow up of Fast prototyping 30%

Qualifications
1. S1 General Mechanical machine design manufacturing
2. 1 - 5 years of experiences
3. English required
4. Experience in machining or Method department

Purchasing Engineer

Responsibilities
1. Determine suppliers , products and inventory levels to maintain
2. Coach and manage a staff of buyers / inventory
3. Build relationships with key suppliers and develop supply chain programs that reduce cost and improve efficiency
4. Interface with operations for any request for equipments
5. Supply on a tight schedule products & tools, to repair, modify, and manufacture prototypes using accelerated procedures

Qualifications
1. D3 with minimal 5 years experiences
2. S1 with minimal 3 years experiences
3. Fluent English and strong communication skills are compulsory
4. Familiar with specification of materials, and equipment related with our products
5. Understanding of Quality System
6. Well aware about Indonesian industry & capabilities
7. Strong negotiation skills

Industrialisation - Project Leader

Responsibilities
1. Project follow up 100%
- Report the status
- Bring information to the operators
- Chairing the project review
- Correspondence with Paris

Qualifications
1. S1 General Mechanical machine design manufacturing
2. 0 - 5 years of experiences
3. Fluent English and good communication compulsory
