Area Manager (Indonesia)

Requirements:
Minimum 8 years experience in sales, with technical and commercial expertise.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant qualifications
Excellent sales experience in the oil & gas market
Commercial experience is definitely advantagoues
Ability to execute and communicate sales and growth strategies in a global environment
Possess great interpersonal skills and convincing and persuasion skills
Detailed and result-oriented and a self-motivated individual


Responsibilities:

Growth

Responsible for the identification of potential growth markets/segments as well as for the definition and implementation of the relevant growth strategy/initiatives that fits with O&G business imperatives and products/services capabilities
Responsible to drive and lead the non-transactional growth opportunities of Oil & Gas business in the region
In-depth knowledge of Oil & Gas Market and Customers
Define and implement of Oil& Gas marketing and commercial strategies in order to increase orders volume and profitability
Leverage cross-functional and cross-business resources to maximize market penetration
Promote leads generation for Oil&Gas business
Establish a systematic business scouting plan with the purpose of identifying new market opportunities
Coordinate sales activities ensuring the development of the Oil & Gas brand awareness in the market


Customer Centricity
Able to generate immediate credibility with key customers and to understand their needs and solve their problems in an accurate and timely fashion
Report regional market dynamics/trends, financial objectives and results to the Region Manager
