Logistics Manager

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.
Possess strong EPC background is an advantage.


Responsibilities:
Oversee overall coordination responsibilities for jetty shipments.
Interface with MPA and JTC on ensuring that SPT shipments clear customs have pilot and tug support and are quickly released for shipment to the jetties.
Develop interfaces with the logistics groups of each EPC and work with the Jetty Masters for the 2 jetties to ensure that shipments arrive on schedule and in a safe and orderly manner.
Work with the EPC contractors to schedule shipment movements, crane placement, etc for each load from jetty to the EM fence line.
Organize and lead a logistics interface team with participation form each of the EPCs who are intending to use the jetty.
Have a management interface role with neighbors of the jetty such as CPTC and the Amenities Center Mgt.
Act as an arbiter for forming the decision of priority for jetty usage between the EPCs.
Develop and communicate the process for making these decisions prior to arrival of any shipments through the Jetty.
