Online Vibration Monitoring Business Development Manager (Regional)
(Singapore - Regional role)

Responsibilities:


Responsible for coordinating, developing, and closing sales of on-line systems
Proactively developing the on-line business within the process industries
Setting direction and sales pursuit strategies for the business unit and the country managers.
Develop project pursuit teams and ensure that all sales channels meets their sales targets
Establish and execute a business development plan to maximize market penetration for online systems
Provide professional proposals that meet customer’s application requirements and ensure proper project costing.
Develop application knowledge and product expertise for on-line systems in support of direct sales efforts
Provide feedback to marketing on new opportunities through product line enhancement / extensions and competitive information and to services for on-going on-line consulting / support revenue opportunities

Requirements:


At least a Diploma in Engineering or related fields
5-10 years in sales with experience in online condition monitoring systems sales
Vibration level 1 analyst certification or demonstrated equivalent knowledge and applications
Strong knowledge of monitoring technologies and on line systems for both transient and steady state monitoring
Possess Monitoring knowledge of both sleeve bearings (Turbo) machines and roller element bearing machines


The position requires a strong technical background in vibration analysis / condition monitoring coupled with experience in sales and business development.
