Safety Officer (EP0711596)
(China - Shanghai and Dalian)

Requirements:
Ability to communicate effectively with site Managers and Construction Yard management team.
Suitable experience working within the Petro-Chemical / Marine Fabrication Environment.
Suitable Proactive stance on HSE, with minimum of 5 years HSE experience.
Bilingual in English and Chinese
English report writing
Candidates must be willing to work in China either in Shanghai or Dalian.
Total 2 positions, 12 months contract, extendable.


Responsibilities:
Guide and instruct yard on safe work practices and working environment in execution of work.
Conduct HSE Training, Monitoring / Inspection / Audit to meet project HSE standards and requirements, and also project HSE reporting to Site Project Manager.
Advise and instruct yard on safe work practices and safe work conditions with the HSE requirement and the Construction Yard Practice.
Lead in daily project safety inspection, monitoring follow up actions from HSE inspections and audits
Participate in project site incident investigations when it occurs.
