Requirements

• BSc in Petroleum Engineering or other related Engineering subject and post graduate degree e.g. MSc in related subject would be an advantage;
• Minimum 8 years reservoir engineering experience;
• Having the associated skills with reservoir simulation will be an added advantage;
• Must have broad understanding in E & P and able to communicate effectively with other team members eg. sub surface;

Job Title : METERING & QMI TECHNICIAN

Reports to : SEN/5

Principal accountabilities:

▪ Perform routine maintenance tasks including preventive maintenance of the assets metering system/metering component including field instrument and QMI.
▪ Corrective maintenance including minor repair, part replacement and update configuration/software.
▪ Carry out all works in accordance with defined Quality & health and Safety Requirements.
▪ Ensure routine checks on production measurement facilities, HSE, PTW, and housekeeping are completed.
▪ Responsible for arranging PTW, materials, tools & equipment, contractor manpower in the efficient execution whilst adhering to integrity and reliability standards.
▪ Continually monitor safety system status. Informs and advises supervisor about all relevant activities, problems relating to operations, process conditions, flow measurement and QMI as soon as they occur, or after taking initial corrective action.
▪ Maintains high standard of safety practices in the execution of daily work, and always follows company s established procedures.

Purpose of Job:

The main responsibilities of the successful applicant will be to provide site survey, create metering inventories, inspect/checking, testing and maintenance of all BSP meters (production measurement and quality measurement) for both offshore and onshore sties.

Qualifications :

Required :
BTEC or HNC Engineering with a minimum of 5-8 years experience as a Metering/QMI technician in oil & gas industries.

Competence Required:

Experience :
• Good knowledge of flow measurement principles.
• Familiar with the operation and maintenance various type flow meter including but not limited DP meters, PD meter, turbine meter, coriolis meter, USM, electromagnet flow meter and Water Cut Meter. Knowledge of advance control system will be an advantage.
• Aware of the general concepts and principles of electronics and microprocessor technology, including computers.
• Have an understanding of other discipline interfaces.

Personality :
• Able to communicate in English including writing.
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
• Self motivating and likes a challenge.

Training :
• HSE awareness course.
• Flow metering course.
• BOSIET and permit to work system.

Special Abilities :
• Control & Automation, network and flow measurement system.

Duration : 23 months from date on seat.

1. HEAD OF COMMERCIAL AND PLANNING (Job Code: HCP)

Principal tasks and responsibilities:
• Heading the Commercial and Planning Division and be responsible for the overall performance and development of the division.
• Plan and Manage the Divisional Budget.
• Exercise principal advisory role in all matter relating to the Company’s Business Planning, Commercial and Economics.
• Identifying and implementing business improvement opportunities within the Commercial area.
• Accountable to the development and delivery of the PetroleumBRUNEI’s Strategic Business Plans (short term and long term) inclusive of Company Business Plan and Scorecard.
• As the Discipline Head of Commercial, responsible for the effective and development of Commercial Capability/Competency within PetroleumBRUNEI.
• Identifying, initiating and managing R&D project required to support the Company’s Business Performance.
• To coordinate the communication on strategic business issues with the Company’s stakeholders.
• To develop the Risk Management and Control.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in, any Business, Economics or Finance related disciplines;
• Minimum of 15 years Oil and Gas experience, preferably in business or commercial related enterprise and E & P experience with broad exposure on. Commercial and Planning aspects of the Upstream and Downstream Oil and Gas industry;
• Must be well organised and able to work independently with the ability to lead a team;

2. CHIEF PETROLEUM ENGINEER (Job Code: CPE)

Main principal tasks and responsibilities:
• Accountable to the Asset General Manager (AGM) and responsible for executing any directives from AGM.
• Assist in developing and executing the company’s short and long-term strategic business plan and goals.
• As the Petroleum Engineering Discipline Head, contribute and participate in the activities of the AU Management Team with the Head of E & P Asset.
• Coach and develop PetroleumBRUNEI’s new Petroleum Engineering (PE) professionals and assist in designing, facilitating and delivering effective training program that focus on the development of competencies of PetroleumBRUNEI’s employees.
• Contribute to the Annual Business Plan, Annual Budget, updating of Inventory of reserves in the overall PetroleumBRUNEI’s reserve, Petroleum Engineering Manpower Planning and Corporate Target setting and performance monitoring.
• Drive in identification, evaluation, analysis and recommendation of oil and gas investment opportunities to contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
• Accountable in dealing with oil and gas investment opportunities to contribute to the Company’s growth objectives.
• Optimise management and profitability of the hydrocarbon resource in the PetroleumBRUNEI’s investment assets.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance in the multi-disciplinary oil and gas field projects.
