Oil and Gas Drilling Contractor. Seeking highly motivated, professional, dynamic, and qualified candidates for the following positions to strengthen and expand our business;



QHSE Specialist
(Location : Duri & Jakarta)

General Description :
• Advise rig management and workforce on the safety requirements for the operation in terms of statutory, Company and client requirements and of good industry practice.
• Monitor the operation of the Companys Management System and advise rig management of any potential deviations from agreed guidelines.
• Co-ordinate with the Rig Manager and Departmental Heads to organize risk assessments for all areas of work and ensure that necessary safety precautions are followed.
• Co-ordinate with the Rig Manager and the Safety Reps to ensure that safety meetings are arranged according to Company guidelines and when situations requiring additional meetings occur.
• Consider and recommend modifications which may improve the Safety Management System contingency planning, safety devices and other matters which fall within his area of responsibility.
• Monitor and follow up pending corrective actions. Maintain Key Performances Indicator up to date in cooperation with Rig Manager.
• Monitor and follow-up Training Matrix and validity of personnels certificate
• Inform the Rig Manager of all relevant conditions within working area.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• S1 educational degree
• Safety or engineering background with safety experience, min. 3 – 5 year(s).
• Safety training qualification

QHSE Manager
(Location : Jakarta)

General Description :
• Develops and implements QHSE managements systems, processes, and procedures that improve business operations in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001
• Communicates information on the QHSE Management System throughout the organization and promotes HSE awareness.
• Organize and preparing of the budget plan QHSE Department.
• Control & supervise the implementation of the budget plan.
• Supports the organization on QHSE matters as the primary point of contact.
• Provides quality management, HSE, and project management training to employees.
• Participates in tender and project teams as the QHSE Expert.
• Reviews and assesses requests for pre-qualification or tender, and compiles required documentation in preparation for project deliverables.
• Participates in project teams as the QHSE expert.
• Prepares and maintains required HSE records and reports.
• Develops and facilitates project HSE risk assessments.
• Coordinates and executes HSE inspections, and internal, sub-contractor, and third party audits.
• Conducts investigations and analyses of, and reports findings to management on:
1. Non-conformity reports and root cause analysis
2. Client Satisfaction Program data
3. Incidents, near misses, and damages
4. Customer complaints

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree or higher in QHSE, Science or Engineering.
• 7 years minimum relevant working experience in in drilling operations, quality, safety, environmental engineering, HSE management systems, project management in a highly regulated industry.
• In the implementation of an HSE Management System.
• Safety training qualification.

Compensation & Benefits Specialist
(Location : Jakarta)

General Description :
• Design, implement, and manage salary classification and compensation programs
• Conduct analysis of compensation and benefits within company.
• Prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scale.
• Oversee competitive analysis, merit increases and salary structure.
• Develop job descriptions for various positions and determine appropriate base pay.
• Analyze surveys to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments.
• Forecast budget for salary increases.
• Administer and manage employee insurance plans.
• Oversee pension and savings plans.
• Advise on salary increase requests.
• Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers.
• Research job and worker requirements, structural and functional relationships among jobs and occupations, and occupational trends.
• Advises managers and employees on state and federal employment regulations, collective agreements, benefits and compensation policies, personnel procedures and classification programs.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field, min. S1 educational degree and 3-5 years of progressive experience in benefits and/or compensation administration; or any equivalent combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved.
• Working knowledge of federal and/or state regulations affecting the administration of benefit and retirement plans.
• Knowledgeable and experience with healthcare design.
• Ability to interface and communicate effectively with all level of employees, managers, vendors, consultants and advisors.
• Experience in HR disciplines including employee benefits, compensation, and conflict resolution.
• Familiar with Indonesia Labor Policy

• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
