Be part of a young dynamic resource company with a clear vision for the future. PT. Sorikmas Mining, a subsidiary of Sihayo Gold,
has recently defined a +1 mil ounce gold resource and intends to become an Indonesian Gold Miner and continue exploration.

Reporting to the Resource Development Manager and the Exploration Manager, your role and key responsibilities will be:

Tax Manager

Responsibilities:
Oversee the full tax function for a small, growing group of mining companies as they transition from exploration to construction and production
Develop and execute effective tax strategies for the companies and advise senior management on tax implications of major transactions, including potential IPO, commencement of major construction programs and initial production of gold for export
Liaise with the Indonesian Tax department to resolve any existing issues and prevent issues arising
Manage a small team to ensure all tax compliance is carried out effectively and on time

Requirements:
Comprehensive and up to date knowledge of indonesian tax regulations and tax department policies and practices is assumed
At least 10 years working in a major tax consulting business to manager level and willingness to grow with the group as it becomes a successful indonesian gold producer
Demonstrated history of successful negotiation with the indonesian tax department
Fluent in english and bahasa indonesia (speaking & writing) to communicate effectively with both indonesian and foreign senior management


ERP Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
To provide assistance with the implementation and ongoing maintenance of an integrated ERP to several mining companies in Jakarta and around Indonesia
To provide ongoing on site and phone support to ERP users throughout Indonesia
To continue to develop and enhance ERP functionality over time to meet the needs of users

Requirements:
Demonstrated expertise in the implementing, developing or supporting a recognised ERP system.
Demonstrated experience identifying and addressing business requirements, engaging with business to clarify and discuss business requirements and translating business requirements into system specs.
Several years in a hands on role supporting an ERP in Indonesia.
Fluency in English and Bahasa
Willingness to travel to remote mine sites on occasion
Flexible and service minded with excellent collaborative skills.
Must have a good skills communicating with users especially conducting training, and troubleshooting issues with users.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
