Due to our opening new project, we are looking for suitably qualified and professional candidates to fill the following positions:

1. SENIOR MINING ENGINEER
( Site Based )

Leadership of Mine Planning Staff and resources to produce short and long term mine plans and schedules, complete with relevant systems and procedures that support the mining operations to achieve Project objectives within budgetary and contractual constraints.

Requirements:
• Min bachelor degree in a mining related Engineering discipline
• Min four years of experience in mining industry, including at least two years in Mine Planning
• Demonstrates good knowledge of Mining equipment capabilities and applications
• Experience with drill/blast and dewatering activities an advantage
• Well-developed computer skills, including their application to Mine Engineering
• Ability to use Mine Planning and Scheduling software including practical application to mining operations
• Good knowledge of best practices in Mining operations
• Good analytical and problem solving skills. Attention to detail.
• Fluency in English, written and verbal
• Willing to work flexible hours to meet position requirements
• Willing to be placed in any Company location and travel to Project Sites as needed

Responsibilities:
• Proactively develop Twenty Four Month Plans and determine mine infrastructure, fleet and personnel resource requirements.
• Modification of Plans in line with resource allocations where applicable
• Critically review the Client provided Annual Mine Plans (and other Mine Plans as received) for accuracy, conformance to the Contract requirements and achievability. Provide alternatives and cooperatively work with Client to produce the most mutually satisfactory Annual Mine Plan.
• Review Client plans and requests to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated in the works and the responsibilities allocated under the Project quality system are understood and implemented.
• Proactively identify variations to the Contract and cooperate with the Commercial Team to follow through on claiming variations.
• Contribute to the development of the Three Monthly, Monthly and other short term detailed Mine Plans to integrate with the Mining Operations.
• Provide the necessary paraments needed by the Mining operations on a continuous feedback basis to enable short term control to achieve the long term Mine Plan.
• Closely monitor work practices and output to ensure that the integrity, clarity and thoroughness of the information that is produced by the project Mine Planning function is of a high standard and relevant to the requirements.
• Maintains a strong capability in the mine planning software and ensures that mine engineering staffs are similarly up to date with their skills.
• Contribute to the development of long term schedules for integration into shorter term mine plans for utilisation at Petrosea’s Mining operations (using PTP specified scheduling software).
• Monitor and coordinate engineering activities to ensure efficient production of engineering plans to meet contract program requirements.
• Conduct evaluation and analysis of mine schedules to ensure that they meet Petrosea’s goals.
• Contribute to the budgeting process.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to the Project sites and ensure they are incorporated into Petrosea Management Systems and Procedures.
• Coaching and mentoring of Graduate Mining Engineers and other Engineering related personnel.
• Contribute to the compilation of tenders and other cost estimation work by providing mine planning and design support as required by the Estimator.
• Provide technical advice and services to support production activities and reporting
• Minimise exposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks during the planning phase of the work packages and recommending effective engineering solutions.

2. MINE OPERATION SUPERVISOR
( Site Based )

Requirements:
• Having at least 3 years of experience in the similar role (as Mining Supervisor)
• Certified in POP is a must
• Understand theSHE aspects of mining operations
• Good communication and leadership skill
• Willing to be placed in all company location
• Excellent computer skill
• May be required to work flexible hours to meet Project requirments
• Fluent in English, written and verbal
• Familliar with mining software (Minescape open cut)

Responsibilities:
Monitor, control and supervise the mining production resources to achieve the production targets and objectives of the project in accordance with the project parameters and guidelines.
• Responsible to implement short term detailed mine execution plans at the position level using the BMP process and to provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis to enable short term control to achieve the long term mine plan.
• Surpervise the performance of mining foremen, operators, technicians and unskilled personnel in the mining operations in the shift by shift BMP process using short term variance.
• Identify the development and training needs of the mining foremen, operators, technicians and unskilled personnel in the mining operations for the benefit of the Project Manager.
• Coordinate and supervise Mining production and other mining team to ensure smooth operations at loading points.
• Control production on an hour by hour basis and prepare timely and accurate reports on project progress as requires by the project.
• Assist Mining Superintendent in liaise and co-ordinate with maintenance departement to optimize and maximize mining equipment availability and utilization in achieving production target.
• Minimise axposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks during the operation phase of the work packages and implement all safety procedures, rules and regulations in accordance with the Safety Management Plan.


3. DISPATCHER
( Site Based )

Requirements:
• Min bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or foreman/supervisor with min 7 year experience
• Min 2 (two) years of experience as a Mining Engineer especially for running Fleet Management System (with Jigsaw sytem / Leica Geosystems Mining)
• Good understanding of Mining Business Processes
• Good analytical skill & problem solving skill
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Strong reporting and technical writing
• Good understanding of Mining Business Processes
• Excellent computer skill in Microsoft environment and other related applications, especially in report preparation and presentation
• Good customer service and team work
• Willing to be based at the company’s mine sites and work in shift

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the deployment of the Fleet Management System
• Undertake daily management of mine production information every shift and reporting systems
• Maintain and update Fleet Management System based on mining progress
• Deliver and implement daily or shift mine planning from engineering to operation production
• Dispatch, monitor and supervise production activities an effective Fleet Management System and coordination with operation to achieve and improve production and productivity target
• Review daily, weekly and monthly production & cost reports from the fleet management system to ensure the reports are free from errors
• Analyse and investigate reasons for failure to comply with productivity target and dispatch instructions by operator or shift supervision and report all findings to supervisor operation in order to have appropriate solution.
• Dispatch, monitor and supervise production activities every shift for an effective fleet management system and coordination with operation to achieve and improve productivity target to production efficiency.
• Responsible for effective deployment of mining resources to safely and effectively execute mine plans within set production and safety targets, understanding the daily, weekly and monthly production targets
• Ensure strong disciplinary procedures are enforced and followed consistently, assist to manage the operations manpower and make sure the right people are in the right places doing the right things.

4. DISPATCHER IT
( Site Based )

Requirements:
• Min diploma degree in Information Technology, Bachelor degree are preferable
• Min 3 (three) years of experience in Electrical/Instrument process engineering prefer for Fleet Management System
• Preferably has knowledge as a communication engineer especially for information technology
• Preferably has knowledge of DNS, Firewalls, web and database servers
• Good analytical skill
• Good problem solving skill
• Strong reporting and technical writing
• Good customer service and team work
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Willing to be based on project sites and work in shift
• Willing to provide 24/7 on-call production support and escalations for hardware, operating system or communication problems associated with system supported by group

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for installation, testing, programming, and commissioning equipment associated with the FMS system, FMS hardware and the network system running well.
• Conduct annual maintenance tasks associated with the FMS and assist station staff in FMS use and operation.
• Investigate and analyze hardware, network and FMS system problems with instruments, sensors and carry out programming and configuration changes plus investigate and recommend system improvements with particular emphasis on energy efficiency.
• Prepare and provide documentations for Jigsaw related to the installation, networking and troubleshooting
• Coordinate and work together with Site electrician crew, Dispatcher and ICT Indika head office.
• Design & Manage Wireless Radio Communication systems to support communication at entire site
• Communicate and manage with vendor regarding maintain and support FMS system.

5. TRAINER SPECIALIST – WELDING FABRICATION
( Balikpapan Based )

Requirements:
• Min. Senior Technical High School and/or Apprentices graduate (preferable from Diploma graduate in Engineering)
• Minimal 5 years having experiences as a trainer in HE Welding & Fabrication in the field at high risk industry in Mining or Oil and Gas Company.
• Good knowledge about the Heavy Equipment and mining process
• Good Leadership and communication/presentation skill
• Good communication in English both verbal and writing
• Good Computer literate
• Willing to travel to all company’s sites
• Willing to work extended hours to meet the objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Implement relevant PTP HSE policies and procedures IN ORDER TO ensure that operations run without interruption due to HSE issues.
• Develop, review and implement Welding and Fabrication Training and Assessment process, and ensure its implementations in accordance with Petrosea’s training procedures at all sites
• Assist Project Training Coordinators to conduct Training Needs Analysis IN ORDER TO ensure that welding & fabrication training is conducted in order to satisfy site competency requirements.
• Develop and review Welding & Fabrication training modules and assessments, in order to maintain the quality always meet the requirements for all sites
• Deliver effective Welding & Fabrication training in accordance with Company Policies and Regulation IN ORDER TO maintain and upgrade all Welder competency levels in accordance with position competency requirements.
• Monitor post training performance of Asset personnel conducting welding & fabrication activities IN ORDER TO ensure that the training has been conducted effectively
• Develop and review weekly / monthly training report and then submit it to the Training Superintendent/ Superviso

6. EMPLOYEE WELFARE ADMIN
( Jakarta Based )

Assist Employee Welfare coordinator in executing and performing all employee welfare activities including employee medical administration activities, to ensure employee medical services are well administered.

Requirements:
• Min. associate degree in Nursing, Insurance, or Pharmacy
• Min. 2 (two) years of experience in Admin Task and Duties in insurance, medical, and hospitalisation administration
• Good communication skill with all levels
• Attention to details
• Accountable and performing Good Corporate Governance practices
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of some HR information or documents
• Willing to work beyond office hours as and when required

Responsibilities:
• Assist Employee Welfare Coordinator in communicated with injured workers and explain benefits due under Petrosea Regulations and facilitate return to work injured employees through the use of modified duty programs and medical case managements.
• Assist Employee Welfare Coordinator in communicate and maintain external parties related to medical claim, include Employee Agency, physicians, attorney, doctors, hospital , and others to provide information related to worker compensation claim.
• Assist Employee Welfare Coordinator in ensuring that medical services is provided by designated medical team (especially in administration area) for 24 hours to employee and dependent of the company , and coordinate within related parties involved
• Administration of all invoices and MR process form all employee’s medical claims (including invoices of hospital/clinic) to be verified, input to medical record system, approved and paid accordingly.
• Perform administrative activities and assist employee welfare coordinator in regards to the implementation of all activities that held related to employee medical/health program.
• Implement HSE policies and programs in all activities of work area

7. CONTRACT SUPERINTENDENT
( Jakarta Based )

Supervise the daily operation of the Contract Engineer during strategic sourcing (e.g. purchase analysis, negotiation stage, awarded) and during their administration of the various agreements (i.e. plant hire, services) in Jakarta and at the site level, including the definition/s of scope of work, supplier relationship management & category management, identification of both parties’ responsibilities, and interpretation of relevant contract conditions; to ensure that the project requirements from the vendors/suppliers/subcontractors are adequate delivered to the ’user’ in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering, with six (6) years of experience in supply chain and contract administration.
• Have a wide knowledge in commercial and contractual aspect of various plant hire and/or service contract agreement.
• Have the experiences with commercial / legal service providers.
• Must be diligent, reliable and respond to difficult task whenever the need arises.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise the administration of all various vendor agreements during the operational stage.
• Direct the Contract Engineer/s during strategic sourcing (e.g. purchasing analysis, negotiation stage, awarded)
• Direct the formation of the terms and conditions of all various vendor agreements engaged by Petrosea
• Oversee the final close-out all the various vendor subcontract agreements
• Prepare and submit monthly report (incl. the accounts) for all vendor’s delivery of services/goods
• Direct the strategy in handling to various claims, counterclaims, backcharges by the vendor
• Attends to resolution of disputes whenever they arise, including formation of finding facts, submit recomendation and plan of actions
• Finalize correspondence being issued to vendors in relation to the requirement of the subcontract agreement.
• Lead the Contract Engineer/s in their interfacing and coordination with the other department within Petrosea (i.e. legal, accounting,operations, etc.)
• Review and develop appropriate contractual strategies in order to maximise commercials effectiveness
• Monitor and control contract implementation to ensure that Petrosea follow the contractual requirements of the contract such that Petrosea is not exposed to unnecessary costs or penalties
• Evaluate and analyse all legal aspects of commercial documents/contracts and manage such to stay abreast of commercial change/risk
• Evaluate and conduct restructuring of internal documents to ensure all company’s documents are in accordance with the Petrosea Contracting Principles and management of commercial
