ENG (A)OPERATION

Job Summary
1. Work experience should be in refinery process units and/or Gas processing units including Support facilities such as Utilities &offsites, SRU/TGTU etc. experience in at least 5 Refinery Units like CDU/VDU, DCU, SRU,SWS Unit, Amine Recovery Unit, FCCU, NHT/CCR/Isomerization Unit, DHDT, VGO HDT, Hydrogen Unit, LPG & ATF Treaters, ARDS, HCU, Utilities, Offsites is a must
2. Have good knowledge of Refinery Process Engineering and have detailed knowledge of refinery equipment from an operations and maintenance perspective
3. Working with refinery/gas processing projects in reviewing Process design documents, PFDs, P&JDs, equipment data sheets along with the ability to participate in HAZOP, QRA and SIL workshops / activities, pre-commissioning & Commissioning shall be added advantage

Qualifications & Work Experience
1. Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in Refinery Process Engineering in equivalent positions

ENG (B), OPERATIONS

Job Summary
1. ENG (A) SAFETY

Job Summary
Advises, assists and coaches Operations, Maintenance, Projects and other personnel on assigned site safety related matters to meet the company HSE policy. Carries out safety equipment & compliance audits, assists in accident investigation, conducts HSE Training, participates in risk assessment of various tasks, review contractors safety performance and records safety performance date.
Advises line management on safety violations and co-ordinates MIPP & Evacuation Drills etc.

Academic Qualification
Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Chemical/Industrial/Mechanical/Safety/Fire/Fire-Safety

Related Work Experience
6 years experience in safety in a major refinery/petrochemical industry

Others
Fluent in English and should be physically/mentally prepared to work under personally hazardous conditions at any location within the refinery jurisdiction

SUPERVISOR SAFETY

Job Summary
Carries out walkthrough inspection of the plant and project facilities and equipment an daily basis to ensure that all necessary safety measures are being observed and briefs site Safety Engineer. Discusses on-going critical activities and their implications with Projects and Contractor personnel.

Academic Qualification
2 years safety international Diploma or 2 years diploma in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering.

Related Work Experience
Minimum 8 years in oil and gas industry or in similar functions in refining industry.


SECTION HEAD, OPERATION

Job Summary
Plans, Supervises and directs the operation of the units and systems in his assigned section of Refinery operations. Participates in planning and scheduling of operations and shutdowns for his units and coordinates all maintenance and inspection work for the respective units. Coordinates training and follows up programs and progress.

Qualifications & Work experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in CHEMICAL ENGINEERING OR EQUIVALENT.
2. Minimum 10 years of work experience in refinery operation, process control and associate areas of which at least 2 years should be in supervisory capacity.
3. For Indonesia, Malaysia and Philippines Nationality ONLY

ENG (A) MECHANICAL SERVICES

Job Summary
1. Carry out Mechanical Design Checks (pressure Parts), considering all types of loads, for various refinery equipment (pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Heater tubes etc.)
2. Prepare detailed Material Requisitions, Equipment Data Sheets, and Drawings for D/C procurement.
3. Perform Mechanical Design Checks in line with ASME, API and other related standards / specs.
4. Review, approve Vendor Design Calculations, Drawings, documents for D/C. Materials Identify and trouble shoot refinery equipment problems / issues.
5. Participate effectively in various technical committees, task force, RCA, S/D Support.
6. Follow up with Commercial Department for expediting the processing of Requisitions.
7. Delivery of materials to suit the Refinery requirement.
8. Perform Technical Evaluation of Tenders, issue Technical Recommendations for material; procurement.
9. Correspond / Co-ordinate with Outside Agencies / OEMs / Vendors / Consultants for various requirement, from time to time, for Discussions, presentations, field visit, technical clarifications, inputs.

Academic Qualifcation
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

ENG (A) CIVIL DESIGN

Job Summary
Perform engineer work especially of complex nature, related to civil design, procurement and construction aspects of modification project of revenue nature and capital projects handled by the refinery. This includes basic and detailed engineering, preparation of tender documents and bid evaluation. Studies and implement corrective measures and solutions to engineering problems. Attend to special assignments & projects.

Academic Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Related Work Experience (type and years)
6 years diversified experience in civil engineering including design and project engineering activities, with at least 3 years experience in design, in high technology industry, preferably in refineries or petrochemical plants.

PLANT INSPECTOR

Qualifications:
1. API 510, 570, 653 certificate as required dependent on activity,
2. HNC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
3. The incumbent shall not be more than 45 years of age and in a good physically fit condition able to work at height and in confined spaces.
4. The incumbent shall be able to communicate, fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
5. He shall be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office packages Word, Excel and Power Point.
6. He shall be able to work independently under own initiative.
7. The work entails a high percentage of time on site.
8. INDONESIAN NATIONALITY ONLY

Experience:
1. The incumbent shall have a minimum ten (10) years experience in a similar capacity in the Oil and Gas industry and be familiar with the duties and responsibilities of a Plant/Piping/Tank Inspector as noted in API 510/570/653 particularly in a ’Shutdown ’ situation.
2. Hold API 510/570/653 as required for a minimum of five (5) years.
3. He shall be fully familiar with construction drawings, isometric and P. & I.Ds. He shall be familiar with conventional and “In Service” NDT techniques.
4. He shall be familiar with API 571 Damage mechanisms. He shall have the ability to pass ORYX GTL Permit to Work system.

QA/QC DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

1. High School / College graduate .
2. Good Knowledge in English ( Writing , speaking )
3. 3 years’ experience in Data Entry in similar jobs.
4. Computer knowledge to enter data for welding , QC reports etc.
5. Typing experience.
6. Computer knowledge in MS Access, Word, Excel etc.
7. INDONESIAN NATIONALITY ONLY

PTW COORDINATOR

1. Responsible for coordinating the creation, safe keeping, transmittal and timely presentation of permits required to undertake the job in a timely fashion so that the work is not held up.
2. Must have more than 5 years’ experience in the Petrochemical or Power generation industry.
3. Can read and speak English language (IELTS 6 equivalent).
4. Must be capable of being trained in the Company’s Permit to Work System and to gain a full understanding of it.
5. Proven track record of worked as PTW coordinator at-least for two years.
6. Diploma holder in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
