We are currently taking applicants for the following position:
DATABASE & REPORTING OFFICER
(Placement: Jakarta)
To play role in setting and improvements database and reporting of Directorate of Oil and Gas Services (OGS). This role includes the development / design, monitoring and improvement of database. They may also plan, co-ordinate and implement security measures to safeguard the database.
Additionally, using available and relevant database, to provide reporting assistance in any needed reports within Directorate of OGS.
Requirements:
1. Min bachelor degree in Engineering, Finance any discipline with relevant working experience of 3 year.
2. Familiar with MS Windows operation (Excel, Word, Power Point, Database and Outlook)
3. Having work experience in an offshore supply base is a plus.
4. Good communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written)
5. A strong and dedicated team player
6. Good analytical skill
7. Willing to travel to other work location or project sites (when required)
8. Able to meet deadlines and other specific reporting request.
Responsibilities:
1) Allocating system storage and planning future storage requirements for OGS database.
2) Generating various reports by querying from database as per need.
3) Modifying the database structure, as necessary, from information received from database users / accesses.
4) Maintaining archived data and their security.
5) Controlling and monitoring user access to database.
6) Monitoring and optimizing Database performance.
7) Monitor database’s statistics of Directorate O&G Services. .
8) Working closely with IT project managers and ICT Site Supports (should there be any database issues). Additionally, communicating regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure database integrity.
9) Provide, present and report periodic management reports.
SENIOR COMMERCIAL ENGINEER
Provide commercial/contracts management expertise to Management and clients, including auditing documents for compliance and offer a legal perspective to all situations that may expose company to risk in order to enhance company’s effectiveness and efficiencies in term of minimising such risk in commercial/contracts.
Requirements:
1. Requires travel to Project Locations as required
2. Vendor/suppliers/subcontractor meetings and visits
3. Interface with commercial/legal service providers
4. Audits investigations
5. Risk and exposure due diligence
6. Min. Bachelor Degree from Engineering
7. Min. 5 years experiences in contract / commercial
Responsibilities:
1. Review and analyse contracts at the Tender stage, giving input to the Bid Manager regarding the contract composition/legalities and any qualifications required in order to align conditions to Petrosea contracting guidelines
2. Review and develop appropriate contractual strategies in order to maximise commercials effectiveness
3. Drafting formal letters and attending negotiations of a contractual nature in order to provide logistical support to Project Managers in resolving contractual issues with the Client/vendors
4. Organize and manage variations and claims to their scope of work and successfully negotiate these to settlement, including a running log of all contractual correspondence to settlement.
5. Monitor and control contract implementation to ensure that the Client and Petrosea follow the contractual requirements of the contract such that Petrosea is not exposed to unnecessary costs or penalties.
6. Evaluate and analyse all legal aspects of commercial documents/contracts and manage such to stay abreast of commercial change/risk
7. Evaluate and conduct restructuring of internal documents to ensure all company’s documents are in accordance with the Petrosea Contracting Principles and management of commercial contracts.
QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR
(Placement: Jakarta)
To develop, monitor and provide continuous improvement of a robust directorate-wide management system through process owners. Additionally to manage the quality personnel availability and competencies to ensure the compliancy through the internal audit program and enhance awareness of ’quality’ within Directorate of O&G Services by maintaining company’s quality certification.
Requirements:
1. Min bachelor degree in Engineering.
2. Min 3 (three) years of experience in Quality positions, with supervisory roles.
3. Good knowledge of Quality Standards / Certifications, such as ISO 9001/2008, 14001/2004 and OHSAS 18001/2007 and disseminate through Project Quality Management System.
4. Good communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written)
5. Has ISO 9001 Quality Certification, preferable ISO 9001 Quality Lead Auditor
6. Good analytical skill
7. Willing to travel to other work location or project sites (when required)
Responsibilities:
1) To prepare and monitor the implementation of internal quality audit program to ensure the quality adherence.
2) To be in charge of timely audits performed to projects of O&G Services, both internally (by PTP’s auditors) and externally (by Certification Body Auditors).
3) To update and monitor Audit Actions of Directorate O&G Services in reference to current certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001).
4) To update and monitor documents (such as WIs, Guidelines, manuals and Procedures) in providing support to other functions /depts. of Directorate O&G Services.
5) To improve Non Conformance Report (NCR) tracking and Action Accountability.
6) To monitor Client Satisfaction Result periodically as commitment of Directorate O&G Services in Service Delivery.
7) To provide and to present timely results and progress of Directorate of O&G Services business performance for the purpose of management review and business improvements.
8) To, provide support for Corporate’s procurement function by conducting vendor assessment in reference to quality requirements.
9) If needed, to analyse and review the tender document for define tender requirement in order to develop tender input by referring to specific requirement and previous approved best practices.
10) To provide and update objectives and progresses of Directorate O&G Services for the purpose of Monitoring and Review.
HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGER
(Placement: Jakarta)
Plan, direct and control the overall Human Resources, recruitment, learning & development and Organization Development to ensure that it can fully support the company strategy by delivering effective and efficient services in term of becoming company’s strategic business partner in achieving company’s growth targets and goals.
Requirements:
1. Min. 15 years previous experiences in Human Resources
2. Min. Bachelor degree in any major
3. Excellent communication and negotiating skills – both spoken and written

5. Having broad knowledge about Human Resources science and practice
Responsibilities:

EXTERNAL AFFAIRS MANAGER
(Assignment: Jakarta)
Responsible to manage and implement of organization’s industrial relations, employee relations to minimize the negative impact of individual employee grievances or collective labor disputes and maintain industrial peace; also to ensure that the organization’s current and future administrative needs are met efficiently.
Requirements:
1. Min. Bachelor degree, preferably Law
2. Min. 10 years professional experience in People Development / HR field, out of which 5 years in managerial position.
3. Able to develop and maintain relationship with regional and local government officials
4. Maintain to update knowledge of government regulations and law
5. Willing to work in extended hours to achieve objectives
Responsibilities:
1) Liase with functional or operational area managers, employees, and their representatives to investigate and resolve employee grievances and develop strategies to prevent their recurrence in order to maintain a productive and harmonious workplace.
2) Represent management in negotiations and dispute resolution procedures with employee, but not limited to providing employee counseling, unions, employer bodies, government agencies, labour relation authorities, and other relevant agencies so that the organisation’s interest are protected.
3) Propose and recommend company regulations and policies as a result of reviewing against best practice and government requirements; to ensure that all company policies and regulations are comply with government requirements and conform with Department of manpower requirements.
4) Manage the administrative activities of the overall organisation so that administrative staff, equipment, and other resources are used effectively and economically.
5) Manage and monitor the work of personnel engaged in office services function such as security, car pool, office boy, cleaning service, messenger services, etc to ensure that all office services run well and coordinated conform to the company’s standard and procedures.
6) Manage all requirements required for licences, permits and control the extention of document and formalities matter to ensure that all document are complete, filed and extended conform with government requirements.
7) Develop and maintain good relationship with regional and local government, Man power, BKPM, Police, Mine & energy and communities around the project to have smooth company’s operational activities.
8) Manage the submission of applications for all redundancies and terminations to Department of Manpower, court (PHI) to ensure that all requirements required are fullfilled conform with current regulations and procedures.
9) Advise and assist line management on all employee’s relations / government relation’s matter and Site Administrators relating to IR disputes of government regulations / Laws, company regulations to provide accurate and correct advice on IR, and ER.
10) Conduct formal annual performance review and provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and performance counselling as required for all direct report to ensure that their performance are evaluated and noticed.
11) Maintain and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements
12) Manage and monitor all EOS process from preparation, carry out, collect and analyze data from Employee Opinion Survey.
ASSET ADMIN OFFICER
To provide assistance to Asset Admin Superintendent in conducting daily job of asset administration operation, which include purchase-related document, Asset hours of utilisation, and Insurance closing.
Requirements:
1. Work Flexible hours to accommodate job requirements
2. One (1) year experience in Asset/Plant administration/procurement, preferably within mining business
3. Bachelor degree (S1) preferably in Engineering
4. Able to operate computer well ie MS Office suite
5. Able to communicate in at least Bahasa and English, on both verbal & written

Responsibilities:
1) Responsible to assist Asset Admin Superintendent in completing daily operation task in Asset Administration, which may include:
- Asset Document preparation (CER, ARF admin, EAM system entry data)
- Compiling periodic Asset’s SMU & LTD hours data
- Insurance declaration administration, checking on insurance coverage / equipment insurance closing
- Cost tracking for actual cost of purchase on Heavy Equipment to avoid cost overrun
2) Responsible to assist in documenting Asset administration document:
- Collect complete document for newly capitalised asset
- To provide necessary document in a timely manner in the event of asset disposal
