1. Senior Geologist
• Roles & Responsibilities
o Conduct geosciences assessments of exploration prospects & leads, providing bid round recommendations for new acreage acquisition, and performing regional scale play evaluations. Identify, screen and prioritize opportunities
o Provide geological expertise on a multi-disciplinary asset team handling active field development projects (operations & asset development), as well as some exploration and business development opportunities.
o Utilize appropriate geoscience technology such as Landmark, and show creativity and innovation to assess opportunities to identify bypassed or unrecognized pay intervals to accelerate production, improve recovery, and add reserves.
• Qualifications
o Bachelor degree in Geology or Geophysics.
o Ten years or more of industry experience as a petroleum geologist.
o Ten years of direct experience working with geophysicists and engineers in a team environment to generate development drilling locations, evaluate production and reserves, and recommend operations to optimize production, increase recovery, and add reserves.
2. Senior Geophysicist
• Roles & Responsibilities
o Conduct geosciences assessments of exploration prospects & leads, providing bid round recommendations for new acreage acquisition, and performing regional scale play evaluations
o Lead the structural and stratigraphic interpretation of seismic data.
o Integration of seismic and well log data to develop geophysical models to characterize the expected seismic responses
• Qualifications
o Bachelor degree in Geosciences
o 8+ years’ experience as an exploration and or development geophysicist
o Strong background in clastic depositional systems, seismic sequence stratigraphy, and the geophysical modeling methods
o Strong background in data management with the ability to reach across systems to retrieve data.
o Experience in merging large regional sets of 2D data for phase, amplitude and time corrections.
3. Senior Reservoir Engineer
• Roles & Responsibilities
o Advancing infill drilling opportunities from producing fields. Primary technical interfaces are peers in asset functional teams, partners and Government.
o Support the characterization of exploration appraisals opportunities in the Dry Gas Field assets.
o Reservoir engineering assistance for new fields, and potential new field project through start-up and optimization.
• Qualifications
o Bachelor degree in petroleum engineering or equivalent. Master Degree in Engineering and having the knowledge of drilling, completion and production engineering is a plus with least 5 years’ experience.
o Strong technical background in Reservoir engineering
o Previous experience in field development programs within a multi-discipline team environment with experience in reservoir simulation.
o Experience in interfacing with JV partners and government.
4. Well Integrity Engineer
• Roles & Responsibilities
o Key member Well Operations Group. The Well Operations team is responsible for planning and executing all remedial, drilling and well intervention activities in Indonesia.
o Engineer for well integrity issues across COPI’s onshore and offshore assets.
o Support the development and implementation of a consistent well integrity process for the BU.
• Qualifications
o A minimum 5 years of oilfield experience.
o Experienced in Onshore or Offshore Operations.
o Knowledge of wellhead equipments and applicable standards.
o Knowledge of well intervention operations and downhole tools
5. Loading Master
• Roles & Responsibilities
o Ensure that all cargo operation related activities are performed in compliance with the Belanak Operations Safety case, the COP & COPI Management System and all relevant statutory regulations.
o Responsible for managing the daily the cargo planning for the FSO, with due regard for other operational considerations.
o Responsible for planning loading operations with regards tanks to be loaded and sequence, de-ballasting to be carried out and sequence, whilst always maintaining the FSO within the operation limits of stress, stability, draft, trim and list.
• Qualifications
o A minimum of a Chief Mate Class II (ANT-II) Certificate of Competency with Tanker Endorsement (Gas).
o A Tanker Endorsement (Oil) would also be desirable.
o A minimum of five [5] years in the Marine Industry in a Supervisory role.
o Served as 1st Mate or equivalent on an LPG or LNG trading tanker and been responsible for control of loading and discharge of LPG or LNG product.
6. Production Operator
• Roles & Responsibilities
o Involved and responsible for daily Gas plant activities and ensure that all activities are carried out in a safe manner complies with all aspects of the company core value, safety and environment policy And also preparing permit and perform control on the job site properly
o Monitor process parameters (On the area and control room) and make an appropriate adjustment when a deviation detected and or an upset condition occurred by board operator direction.
o Ensure all process plant equipment and utilities equipment are in a good condition and in operable condition to maintain high reliability of the plant such as by updating equipment unavailability sheet and prepare work request to fix it.
• Qualifications
o Minimum D3 in Engineering
o Minimum of 3-5 years in related area
o Understand the basic operation process.
o Understand and able to read P&ID and PFD.
7. Technician
• Roles & Responsibilities
• Instrument Technician:
o Planning/Coordinating daily tasks and activities by ensuring all Instrument Maintenance Procedures and Written Instructions are followed and adhered to, in compliance with company core values to minimize loss production capability and reportable incidents.
o Regular monitoring of plant and process instrument equipment to maintain high reliability of the plant and to detect loss production capabilities and critical unsafe situations in order to be reported to the line supervisor in timely manner.
• Electrical Technician:
o Support the day-to-day running of the Oil & Gas plant by prioritizing and ensuring electrical maintenance tasks are completed in conjunction with the SAP maintenance management system and platform operational requirements
o Able to do troubleshooting and maintenance on all electrical related equipment for example Switchgear, generator, Motor Control, Electric Motor, Transformer, UPS & Charger, Lighting & small appliance, etc
• Mechanical Technician
o Planning/Coordinating daily tasks and activities by ensuring all Mechanical Maintenance Procedures and Written Instructions are followed and adhered to, in compliance with company core values to minimize loss production capability and reportable incidents
o Executes routine Mechanical maintenance tasks and routine Mechanical troubleshooting of process plant & equipment in accordance to the written procedures and company core values to maintain high reliability of the plant and to detect loss production capabilities and critical unsafe situations in order to be reported to the line supervisor in timely manner.
• Qualifications
o Minimum Diploma 3 (Electrical & Instrument: Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical: Mechanical Engineering)
o Minimum 3 years in the Petrochemical, Oil and Gas related industry
o Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field

The PetroTech Apprentice, Business Apprentice, and Operation Apprentice are development acceleration programs for new university graduates with business, petro-technical, or engineering backgrounds. These are intensive development programs for 1-2 years that will sharpen technical and soft skills to prepare the Apprentice to become the globally competitive ConocoPhillips employees.
Requirements:
Final year students who have/will completed at least bachelor degree prior to October 1, 2014, fresh graduates, or those who have maximum of 2 years relevant working experience; fluent in English, highly motivated, strong analytical skill and problem solving.
1. Petrotech Apprentice
Bachelor/Master Degree in Chemical Engineering, Geology, Geophysicist, Mechanical Engineering, and Petroleum Engineering, with minimum GPA of 3.20 of 4.00 scales or 80.00 of 100 scales.
2. Business Apprentice
Bachelor/Master Degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Law, Management, Mechanical Engineering, and Tax with minimum GPA of 3.30 of 4.00 scales or 82.5 of 100 scales.
3. Operation Apprentice
Diploma 3 in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrument/ Electronics Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering with Minimum GPA of 3.00 of 4.00 scales or 75 of 100 scales.
