JOB PERTAMINA-TALISMAN JAMBI MERANG is Oil and Gas Operating Joint Venture between PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi and Talisman Energy Inc. It was founded in 1989.
The Jambi Merang Block consists of 2 fields, Sungai Kenawang and Pulai Gading. Our vision is to become the best and largest Operating Body in gas production.

Currently we are looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative and integrity to fill in the following position:

A. QA/QC ENGINEER

Responsibilities :
The QA/QC Engineer shall have the overall responsibility for quality assurance and quality control of the Plant Operation & Maintenance processes. The primary responsibilities are to improve leadership for inspection, testing and determining if materials are conforming to project specification. The role required hands on understanding and practical experience of QA/QC inspection in construction of petrochemical, oil & gas industries. The candidate shall ensure that quality activities are conducted, documented and communicated in accordance with company project specification, international code & standard.

Requirements :
1. Ability to read & understand drawing (PI&D, Isometric, Fabrication) and specifications
2. Experience in installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical & piping system
3. Certified of Welding Inspector
4. Have good knowledge of Non Destructive Test (PT, UT, RT)
5. Familiar with WPS/PQR
6. Good understanding of equipment fabrication test & inspection
7. Good knowledge of international code & standard such as ASME. ASTM, API, NACE etc
8. Good knowledge material and corrosion
9. An engineering degree in Mechanical from reputable University
10. Candidate should have minimum experience 5 years
11. Having interpersonal skills and be able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork

B. HEAD OF COMMISSIONING

Responsibilities :
Responsible for site organization, supervision and direct management activities of pre-commissioning, commissioning and hand over to operations on a number of minor projects to successfully meet project specifications and schedules. The responsibilities include ensuring compliance with HSE standards, providing technical advice to the EPC contractors, planning and coordination between the various contracts and delivering the completed facilities to Operations.

Requirements :
1. Degree qualified in an engineering discipline
2. Minimum 8 years in commissioning supervision of large facilities in the oil and gas industry.
3. Experience of the commissioning of facilities featuring gas processing, pipelines, custody metering, condensate storage, utilities and control, fire and gas and shut down systems.
4. A proven track record in involvement on initial new facility startup up and operation as part of new facility warranty period including facility performance testing.
5. Ability to organize and direct construction management activities so as to meet the schedule, cost and quality requirements of the project insofar as it impacts commissioning activity.
6. A proven track record of commissioning plant in a brownfield environment is essential.


C. SAFETY PERFORMANCE ANALYST

Responsibilities :
• Implementing & Controlling (PDCA) of Safety Management System (Procedure & Safe Work Practice)
• Focus in developing Behavior Safety System by analyzing Safety Performance Record
• Maintaining and keep the Safety Performance Records (SBOC and Incidents) and preparing the routing report.
• Resume and preparing report from JOBPTJM Safety Performance Analysis
• With SMS Engineer, running the recommendation/program which coming from safety performance analysis.
• Supports the Incident Investigation from directing the investigation team until final presentation.
• Document Control Function of Safety Management System, Regulation, National and Int’l Code & Standard
• In collaboration with Process Safety Engineer, to logging/recording the performance of Plant’s Process Safety Event
• Training & Competency Safety Matrix and communicate with HR

Requirements :
1. Bachelor Degree S1 or D4 – Safety (K3) or Engineering
2. Min. 1 year experience work in Safety – Oil & Gas Industry
3. Familiar and well understood the concept and implementation of Safety Management System
4. Willing to work at Jakarta Head Office and Field Operation

D. PROCESS SAFETY ENGINEER

Responsibilities :
• Operation Safety Design Review & Monitor the Implementation of Recommendation
• MoC (Management of Change): Process Safety Review and Support any proposed modification in Facility
• PIC of PSSR (Pre Start Up Safety Review)
• Interface with Project (FEED and Engineering Phase) for identifying the hazard and controlling the risk

Requirements :
1. Bachelor Degree S1 (preferable Chemical Engineer)
2. Min. 4 years experience work in Process safety
3. Has experience as HAZOP & HAZID Facilitator
4. Experience in using Consequence Software; Gas Dispersion, Fire & Explosion
5. Preferable, has a Course of Functional Safety Engineering & Understand Functional Safety Life Cycle
6. Willing to work at Jakarta Head Office and Field Operation

E. LEGAL STAFF

Requirements :
1. Male / Female with age between 25 - 30 years old
2. Posses Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable University with minimum IPK . 3.25
3. Have experience in Oil & Gas Company
4. Certified PTK 007 - Supply Chain Management Guidelines for PSC Contractor
5. Fluent English both spoken and written

F. SYSTEM COMPLIANCE ENGINEER

Responsibilities :
• Design and planning construction for the activity assigned
• Coordinate and assure the planning is well communicated to related party
• Review the continuity of the planning
• Update the planning where necessary
• Record the planning execution progress
• Summarized the progress report
• Producing recommendation for follow up action
• Performing audit and assessment

Requirements :
• Experience for performing auditing and assessment of management system
• Well introduced to International Standards (ISO 9001), ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc.)
• Capable of delivering training related to management system
• Working experience in development of management system more than 7 years
• Comprehend knowledge related to nature, environment, and social aspects
• Strong leadership, spokesperson, strong engagement, high frequent traveler
