is targeted to be a world class coal mining enterprise that extracts and adds value to the coal for the benefit of mankind.

To support our rapid establishment and expansion of the business entities and projects, we are seeking qualified professionals with integrity, trust, enthusiasm, respect, innovative thinking and solid teamwork to join with our team in Bulungan Site - North Kalimantan.

1. ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR (ELC)

Qualification :
* Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
* Having minimum 1 years working experience , fresh graduate are welcome
* Familiar with material handling works, thorough knowledge and demonstrated experience with electrical calculations and applications a must.
* Good understanding the standard rule or the Electrical & Instrument
* The incumbent will be required to travel site to site.
* Highly motivated, able to work as a part of a team and individually.
* Good interpersonal & communication skill
* Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill


2. HR SUPERVISOR - RECRUITMENT & TRAINING DEVELOPMENT (HR-RTD)

Qualification :
* Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology
* Having minimum 1 years working experience, fresh graduate are welcome
* Know well and understand all HR aspects : Recruitment, Training Development and Personnel Administration.
* Familiar with Psychological Test and assessment
* Strong interpersonal, teamwork and customer services oriented
* Strong organizational commitment, well organize, good filling and administration skill
* Good interpersonal & communication skill
* Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill


3. MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR (MEC)

Qualification :
* Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
* Having minimum 1 years working experience, preferably from mining industry
* Familiar and able to do Preventive, Corrective and Predictive Maintenance
* Has experienced in mechanical repair and supervision in the mining industry planning of mechanical repair
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint.
* Good communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, as the incumbent is required to communicate to management level and an excellent team work
* The incumbent will be required to travel site to site.

4. SAFETY OFFICER (SFO)

Qualification:
* Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in occupational health safety
* Minimum 2 years experience in related field, preferably from mining industry
* Good knowledge about HSE / K3 in mining company
* Good report writing skill
* Good interpersonal & communication skill
* Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill

5. PROJECT SUPERVISOR (PRJ)

Qualification :
* Bachelor Degree majoring in Civil Engineering or equivalent
* Having minimum 2 years working experience, preferably supervisor specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
* Proven skill on CAD software
* Having a level of accuracy, good calculation accuracy and have strong negotiation skill.
* Understand technical calculation buildings.
* Good interpersonal & communication skill
* Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill

6. PORT CAPTAIN (PCT)

Qualification:
* Bachelor degree in Technical / Marine Engineering and holding ANT III (minimum)
* Having 2 years experience in mining operation, handling coal barges. Fresh graduate are welcome.
* Good knowledge of bulk unloading and loading activities.
* Good knowledge of marine and sea transportation rules and regulations.
* Good knowledge of Marine Contract Administration and Insurance Claim.
* Computer literate (mining software, MS Word, MS Excel)
* Able to work collaboratively with others and use initiative in various situations
* Excellent communication skill in English (oral and written)

7. PRODUCTION CONTROL ENGINEER (PCE)

Qualification :
* Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Mining Engineering
* Having minimum 1 years working experience in mining industry
* Having knowledge in production engineering and quality system, strong analytical ability in technical field, especially mechanic or hevy equipment
* Good communication and interpersonal skill, initiative, service and result oriented, able to work under pressure.
* Highly proficient in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel
* Fast learner and possess positive working attitude

8. DRAFTER (DRF)

Qualification:
* SMU/D3 degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture or equivalent
* Having 2 years experience in Mining operation, fresh graduate are welcome
* Able to operate AutoCad Software
* Able to translate design into drawings image, construction drawing with detailing RAB are preferable
* Highly motivated, able to work as a part of a team and individually.

9. COAL TECHNOLOGY ENGINEER (CTE)

Qualification :
* Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Metallurgical Engineering
* Having minimum 1-2 years working experience in coal quality environment
* Recognize and understand coal quality and standart to analyze coal
* Good communication and interpersonal skill, initiative, service and result oriented, able to work under pressure.
* Highly motivated, able to work as a part of a team and individually.
* Fast learner and possess positive working attitude

10. HYDROGEOLOGY ENGINEER (HGE)

Qualification :
* Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Mining Engineering or Geografi
* Having minimum 1-2 years working experience preferably from mining industry
* Familiar with water management in mining industry
* Good communication and interpersonal skill, initiative, service and result oriented, able to work under pressure.
* Highly motivated, able to work as a part of a team and individually.
* Fast learner and possess positive working attitude
