Our company is a fast growing mining company located in Central Kalimantan, is seeking for suitably qualified and Fresh Graduated personnel for the following positions :

MINE PLAN ENGINEER (MPE)

Qualifications:
• Male, min 26 years.
• A total of 5 years mining experience with at least 2 years in gold mining operations:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer from reputable University.
• Able to use construction software AutoCAD, Surpac & Minesched mine planning, etc.
• Highly motivated, strong analytical skills, able to work under pressure and work in a team, good interpersonal and organization skills.
• Held the “POP” Indonesian Mining competency certificate, preferably held a “POM” certificate will be advantage

FINANCE MANAGER (FIN-MGR)

Qualifications:
• Male/Female, min 35 years,
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance, management from reputable University.
• Experience at least 4-5 years on the same field.
• Excellent with Ms. Office such working with large spreadsheets in Excel and Accounting Software
• Highly motivated, honestly, able to work in a team and able to work under pressure
• Strong numerical skills.
• Preferably has experience in Bank or Finance industry


ACCOUNTING (ACC-SPV)

Qualifications:
• Male, max 35 years.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable University.
• Experience at least 4 years on the same field (Preferable Coal Mining Industries).
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team and good interpersonal skill.
• Excellent knowledge & understanding in basic accounting and Indonesian taxation.
• Willing to be located at Central Kalimantan
• Able to speak Mandarin/Hokkian will be advantage

DRAINAGE ENGINEER (DE)

Qualifications :
• Male, min 28 years.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer from reputable University.
• Experience : 2 - 5 years in related/similar field
• Able to use construction software AutoCAD, CorelDraw, Ms. Project, Visio, Adobe Photoshop specially HECRAS and similar software
• Highly motivated, strong analytical skills, able to work under pressure and work in a team, good interpersonal and organization skills.
• Willing to be located at Site.

GM HRGA

Qualifications:
• Male, min 30 years.
• Min. Bachelor Degree on Law, Psychology or Human resources management from reputable university.
• Min. 7 years experiences on managerial level and 3 years on the same position in coal mining.
• Know well and understanding of HR & GA function area, Labor Law and Manpower regulation, Recruitment, Industrial and Employee Relation, Admin Personnel, Compensation & benefit.
• Strong leadership, highly motivated, time management, good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Broad and deep knowledge on various aspects, such as HR strategic & development, talent acquisition, Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
• Able to speak Mandarin/Hokkian will be advantage

SAFETY, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT (SHE)

Qualifications:
• Male, max 35 years.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Major from reputable University.
• Understands relevant Indonesian SHE standards.
• Experience at least 2 years in HSE on the same field (Preferable Coal Mining Industries).
• Have a minimum POP License for Superintendent, for Supervisor and officer POP Are preferable.
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill.
• Willing to be located at Site.

HR STAFF

Qualifications :
• Male min 23 years.
• Holding at least a Bachelor degree from Psychology/Law (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
• Having good knowledge with HR rules & regulation, people development, training and industrial relationship
• Must be computer literate
• Having good interpersonal skill and leadership
• Fluent in English will be advantage
• Fast learner and ability to work under pressure
• Willing to be located at Site.

ACCOUNTING STAFF (ACC-STAFF)

Qualifications:
• Male, max 27 years, only domilice in Kalimantan
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable University.
• Experience at least 1-2 years on the same field.
• Highly motivated, honestly, able to work in a team and good interpersonal skill.
• Excellent with Ms. Office, knowledge & understanding in basic accounting and Indonesian taxation.
• Willing to be located at Site.

FINANCE (FIN-STAFF)

Qualifications:
• Male, max 35 years, only domilice in Kalimantan
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance from reputable University.
• Experience at least 1-2 years on the same field.
• Excellent with Ms. Office
• Highly motivated, honestly, able to work in a team and good interpersonal skill.
• Willing to be located at Site.

IT ENGINEER (IT)

Qualifications :
• Min Bachelor Degree (S1) with Min 3+ years installing, building, and configuring systems and any mail system.
• Experience in Zimbra mail system and RHCE or any Linux Certification will be an advantage
• Work with within the IT team to keep current systems operational
• Strong aptitude for problem solving
• Possess strong analytical, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills to professionally communicate issues and suggestions to management and customers
• Understanding of TCP/ IP networking, load balancers, firewalls and switches a plus
• Good oral and written communication in english
• Familiar with Microsoft Product: Windows OS and Server.
• Familiar with Networking: LAN Switching (Cisco), PC & Server HW/SW troubleshooting, Monitoring & Reporting, MysQL, PhP, HTML, VBasic
