QA/QC Coordinator

Job Description:
• Provide a local focal point for all delegated QAQC matters relating to Bids, Projects and other Quality functions as instructed.
• Align, support and communicate with TRS/DwC Teams on Project specific issues including equipment preparation reviews.
• Prepare, issue for use and update Project Quality Plans.
• Ensure compliance with contract quality requirements.
• Liaise with Customer and Third Party QM representatives in pursuance of and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Support, conduct and report on internal, external & project specific audits, where required, in accordance with an approved audit schedule and specific Project requirements. Issue and follow up on NCRs / Findings (if any) resulting from these.
• Assist the functional areas in the process improvement activities required to close out any Findings raised during internal audits/NCR issues and submit to Quality Locker team.
• Conduct ad hoc audits or investigations into particular quality problems so that root causes are identified and effective corrective and preventive measures are put in place.
• Assist in the maintenance and revision of the company processes and procedures relating to the functional areas of the TRS/DwC business.
• Provision of direction, guidance, control, support and development of a Quality culture through the induction process and Service Alerts/Product Alerts/Quality bulletins.
• To support any new Quality Initiatives as required
• To conduct, collect, maintain and support all internal TRS/DwC QAQC documents in place such as CoC, Data Book, MIR, PD.
• Maintain, monitor and follow up all related calibration process of the equipment and its documentation.

Desired Skills & Experience
• 5 years experiences with QAQC related with Oil & Gas industry.
• Have good knowledge in API, BS EN/DNV product & specification
•Able to communicate & work with people as a team
• Fluent in English both oral & written


Field Service Manager - Wireline

The Field Service Manager is responsible for setting the direction, strategy, as well as development of an ongoing business plan relating to the Wireline service. The position includes developing a sound understanding of financial information, market conditions, market intelligence, and developing close working relationships with key stakeholders such as regional operations, sales/business development, as well as the actual end users of the product.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing a firm understanding for the product being represented and overall being the champion for internally and externally promoting the service of the Wireline product lines.
- Responsible for understanding financial information such as Profit and Loss on respective product lines and critical key information on Earnings, before Interest and Taxes.
- Being a direct liaison between product end users, external customers and existing service departments in the region.
- Understanding and communicating with customers - the ability to understand their needs and then match them to WFT capabilities.
- Developing short term and long term business plans/ strategies aimed at substantially growing the business.
- Developing and keeping current, a detailed outline regarding market intelligence analysis, market conditions, market growth, market share, market prices, competitor strengths and weaknesses, forecasting, major alliances and contract outlines.
- Understanding and/or developing Key Performance Indicators involved and ability to stay in tune with changing needs.
- Keeping management and others, as required, informed of all aspects of the business through regular reporting means.
- Developing key alliances with other Regional personnel, Branch Managers, Product Line Managers, and Sales/Business Development teams.
- Providing recommendations, in conjunction with regional management in all decisions related to respective product line and product development.
- Identifying new product line potential where applicable.
- Analyzing and utilizing cost reduction opportunities and minimizing costs.
- Developing the overall ability to work in volatile markets, i.e. Understanding market conditions, competition, WFT products and what value means to the customer.
- Successful completion of required mandatory safety courses as designated by Weatherford.
- Complying with all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor (S1) degree in Engineering or Science.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in O&G industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with Contractor.
- Sufficient experience in Wireline Logging Operation.
- Good customer and employee interpersonal skills
- Proficient verbal & written English communication skills

Senior Log Analyst/Senior Petrophysicist

Job Scope:
- Responsible for all aspects within the Interpretation & Processing Service domain in petroleum consulting including final log LQC, data processing, data interpretation, data archiving and delivery.
- As a natural extension the technical sales pre and post job are part of this. Analyzing and interpretation of Wireline data for our customers in Indonesia and the communication thereof are important components.

Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor (S1) degree in Engineering or Science.
- Minimum 6 years experience in similar role.
- Sufficient experience in Wireline Logging Operation.

Additional info:
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong background Formation Evaluation.

This role will be required to travel within Indonesia & Asia Pacific and willing to perform out-of-hours work as and when required. To provide coaching to the junior team as well as sales support to the operations team will be additional responsibility

Field Operator – Wireline (Duri)

The Field Operator is responsible for performing field operations of Wireline services. The position includes job preparation, unit/tools maintenance and operation.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of tools and equipment, and paperwork requirements.
- Perform tasks associated with a typical Wireline job, which includes driving, load-out and backload, rigging, clean-up, and maintenance of tools, equipment, and Wireline units.
- Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

Requirements:
- SMA/SMU/SMK min, D3/Polytechnic preferred.
- Max age 30 years old.
- Basic command in English.
- Willing to obtain driving license for trucks (B2).

Senior Field Operator – Wireline (Duri)

Requirements:
- Max age 35 years old.
- Basic command in English.
- Has driving license for trucks (B2).
- 5 years experience as Field Operator in Wireline with at least 1 year as a Senior Operator.

General Requirements for all above roles:
• Must be safety conscious, as each assignment will involve the implementation of health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Demonstrated strong mechanical aptitude.
• Team worker - ability to work in team to achieve shared goals.
• Flexibility with regards to working hours/requirements.
• Promptly and accurately submits all required reports and data.
• Maintains assigned equipment and facilities in a neat, workable condition, and conducts self in an exemplary manner at all times.
• Available to perform duties on short notice, day or night while on shift.
• Has a basic computer skill (MS Windows and Office).
• Willing to be placed in all regions of Indonesia.

Administration Staff/Supervisor (Duri)

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma degree from related major, accounting major will be preferred.
- Good verbal and written English speaking
- Good computer skill, minimum Ms. Office
- Minimum 3 years experience in administration or accounting or pre-billing/invoicing
- Willing to be placed to Duri

Job Scope:
- To assist Group Business Unit Support Coordinator & Operations Team for the administrative job in timely manner
- Including taking care invoicing (timely manner document submission and compiling), preparing personnel expenses documents, procurement related, consumable stuff, shipping, etc.
- Taking care office supplies needs, travel arrangement, formalities, meeting documentation, etc.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
