SENIOR GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER
Job responsibilities

Planning and controlling the activities of the Geotechnical design of structures including foundations and substructure, slope stability, retaining wall, soil improvement, soil nailing, rock mechanics and others to ensure safe system and design availability, reliability, and economically

Set standards and procedures related data activity retrieval, analysis, and preparation of geotechnical recommendations so that all the recommendations issued to meet the standards and regulation in force.
Plan Geotechnical investigation and identify necessary requirements to ensure the regions meets the conditions prevailing geotechnical standards and the availability of necessary data accurately.
Manage conduct analysis controlling for the acquisition of data to ensure the availability of the report and recommendations of geotechnical analysis (type of foundation, soil improvement, slope stability and other)
Review and design the right system for all geotechnical issues that arise on the field, including foundations, slope stability, soil improvement and other geotechnical solutions so that the availabiliity of a safe, reliable, economical can be implemented.
Regulate the placement of all equipments to ensure geotechnical monitoring data collected in accordance with the target/ desired goals
Conduct monitoring evaluations of all activities on the field of geotechnical order to minimize variation, downtime and delay

Job requirement

Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring Civil/ Geotechnical Engineer (Master Degree is preferable)
Minimum 20 years experience as consultant & supervisor in Geotechnical area
Experience in deep foundation, soil improvement, slobe stabilisation, rock mechanics
Required skills : English proficiency, report writing, communication skill
Required software skill : PLAXIS & SLIDE


MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Job responsibilities

Manage the implementation of mechanical system development in order to support the implementation of any mechanical engineering project

Collect and analyze the information that related to mechanical engineering needs in order to map the mechanical engineering equipment development plan that will be used for Adaro Group
Coordinate cross-discipline (civil work, electrical, etc.) to ensure the mechancial construction, rotating, piping, and static in accordance with the plan
Making procedures of contruction, pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures in accordance with mechanical engineetring project execution plan that has been created to support the implementation of the project.
Examining materials related to mechanical contruction, rotating, piping and station in field including supporting files in accordance with the approved data sheet to ensure compliance with the approved specifications
Review the changes or modifications to mechanical work, rotating, piping, and static to ensure the project can be implemented in accordance with the objectives and requirements that have been approved
Control the quality of mechanical work such as rotating, piping and static to allign with approved design
Control pre-commissioning work and commissioning to allign with the approved procedure

Job requirement

Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring Mechanical Engineer
Min. 2 years experience in the same position
Required Skill(s) : Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Design, Mechanical Production & Processing, Project Management, Pre-Commissioning and commissioning procedure
Good communication and managerial skill
Good command in English, both oral and written


INTERNAL AUDIT STAFF
Job responsibilities

Melaksanakan proses internal audit sesuai dengan rencana yang telah disusun oleh atasan.
Menjalankan proses internal audit perusahaan secara teknis dan berkelanjutan baik secara financial maupun operasional.
Mengkoordinasikan kesiapan auditee / departemen dalam menyiapkan kelengkapan laporan yang akan di audit serta melakukan audit terhadap laporan tersebut.
Merumuskan dan memberikan masukan pemecahan masalah temuan audit dengan melakukan analisa yang tepat dan akurat.
Memonitor dan mengevaluasi hasil internal audit serta berkoordinasi dengan atasan dalam mempersiapkan usulan solusi bagi hasil temuan.
Berkoordinasi dengan lembaga audit eksternal yang diperlukan untuk kelancaran audit perusahaan.

Job requirement

Min. S1 Teknik Industri dari universitas unggulan di Indonesia dengan min. IPK 3.00
Memiliki pengalaman min.2 tahun sebagai internal audit, posisi ini juga terbuka untuk fresh graduate.
Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai auditor dan aktivitas pertambangan.
Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal skill.
Memiliki kemampuan Writting & Reporting skill.


DATA PROCESSING STAFF
Job responsibilities

1. Modifying databases and products according to user needs.
2. Working to create functional requirements related to data management
3. Providing assistance to others in topics related to data management.
4. Creating reports on databases.
5. Designing and developing database

Job requirement
1. Minimum S1 Computer/IT Engineering
2. Min 1 year experience as database programmer
3. Familiar with database management
4. Experience in designing database in Excel (Macro), MS Access, Visual Basic or other similar software
5. Experience in SQL operating and programming
6. Fresh graduate with above relevant experiences as a programmer are welcome to apply
