We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

OPERATION FOREMAN
(Assignment: Kalimantan Timur)

• Provide help to supervise & monitor all lifting activity on the POSB, continually monitor rigging equipment for defects – isolate / quarantine defective equipment, and to provide HSE Leadership to all rigger and operator.
• Supervise all moving equipment activity in POSB (Crane, Forklift, Trailer, etc.), manage the equipment to run efficiently and in accordance with Petrosea Standard Operating Procedure, continually monitor equipment for defects – isolate / quarantine defective equipment, and to provide HSE Leadership to all operators.

Requirements:
1. Min. Diploma degree, preferably from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
2. Min. 5 years professional experience as certified Rigger in Oil & Gas Company
3. Have strong leadership to supervise and manage, including disciplinary action if required
4. Able to develop and encourage subordinates, motivate by respect and avoid favoritism
5. Ability to communicate effectively with Clients, subordinates, superiors and other third parties related to the Project
6. Able to communicate verbally in English
7. Understand HSE principle in all aspect of Base Operation
8. Must be available for on-call duty in emergency situations
9. Willing to work extended hours to meet project targets

Responsibilities:
1) Attend Pre shift handover meeting and take a note to prioritizing work base on MSR list
2) Pro-actively to have a positive feedback & questions during handover shift meeting
3) Daily walk patrol to maintain housekeeping & Safety issues finding
4) Enforce to riggers to consistently checking lifting tools and ensure it is has valid color code, ID, SWL, and proper certification.
5) Rejecting any lifting equipment which do not comply with offshore standard requirements.
6) Arrange manpower and determine proper equipment for the work purpose.
7) Provide JHA and Risk Assessment for non routine operation and conduct PTO for the task being executed when required.
8) Ensure all of control stated in the JHA and/or Risk Assessment is implemented and right to stop the job if identified is unsafe.
9) Choose on the most efficient, safest and cost effective method of moving, loading, and unloading materials as per POSB WI/Procedures.
10) Providing the rigger/operator prior to starting the job with appropriate PPE.
11) Ensure all rigger, operator and signalman have been trained and certified on equipment being used.
12) Ensure all person involved in the job has been received socialization of Appropriate JHA and SOP prior to work executed.
13) Accurately record all equipment and labour hours.
14) Ensure that only properly qualified & authorised personnel operate equipment.
15) To assist supervisor to supervise & monitor all lifting and transport activities.
16) Ensure all operators complete pre-start check sheet, closely monitor these sheets.
17) Work with supervisor to arrange operator / rigger manpower.
18) Lead on attendance and time keeping.
19) Distribute office information to operator / rigger.
20) Maintain a high level of housekeeping.
21) Ensure that all equipment is used in accordance with its inherent design capability.
22) Ensure equipment is not operated with a known defect that is or could be detrimental to safe operation.
23) Ensure equipment defects are reported and were removed from work area.

COMMERCIAL ENGINEER
(Assignment: Jakarta)

Prepare, review and analyse contract document, including auditing documents for compliance and offer a legal perspective to all situations that may expose company to risk in order to enhance company’s effectiveness and efficiencies in term of minimising such risk in commercial/contracts.

Requirements:
1. Requires travel to Project Locations as required
2. Vendor/suppliers/subcontractor meetings and visits
3. Interface with commercial/legal service providers
4. Audits investigations
5. Risk and exposure due diligence
6. Min. Bachelor Degree from Engineering
7. Min. 5 years experiences in contract / commercial

Responsibilities:
1) Review and analyse contracts at the Tender stage, giving input to the Bid Manager regarding the contract composition/legalities and any qualifications required in order to align conditions to Petrosea contracting guidelines
2) Drafting formal letters and attending negotiations of a contractual nature in order to provide logistical support to Project Managers in resolving contractual issues with the Client/vendors
3) Organize and manage variations and claims to their scope of work and successfully negotiate these to settlement, including a running log of all contractual correspondence to settlement.
4) Monitor and control contract implementation to ensure that the Client and Petrosea follow the contractual requirements of the contract such that Petrosea is not exposed to unnecessary costs or penalties.
5) Evaluate and analyse all legal aspects of commercial documents/contracts and manage such to stay abreast of commercial change/risk
6) Evaluate and conduct restructuring of internal documents to ensure all company’s documents are in accordance with the Petrosea Contracting Principles and management of commercial contracts.
7) Client Monthly Report (CMR) - Check accuracy and completeness of CMR. Monitor timeliness and ensure submission and circulation.

CONTRACT ENGINEER
(Assignment: Jakarta)

Prepare, review and monitor the implementation of contract’s scope of work and technical specifications, preparing tender documents with suitable conditions in order to ensure that company policies and procedures are followed in term of minimize any exposure to risk for company.

Requirements:
• Requires travel to Project Locations as required
• Min. Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Min. 3 years experiences dealing with contract
• Analytical thingking
• Fluent in English and Bahasa written and verbal
• Attention to details.
• Knowing the best practice of the contract principles

Responsibilities:
1) Support and assist Commercial Manager in reviewing all contracts / agreements giving input regarding the contract composition and any qualifications required in order to align terms and conditions to company’s Contracting.
2) Assist Commercial Manager in developing appropriate contractual strategies in order to maximize contract position.
3) Resolve contractual issues with the Client / Vendors, including drafting formal letters and attending negotiations of a contractual nature in order to provide logistical support to Project Managers.
4) Prepare and administer documentation of variations and claims to their scope of work and, including a running log of all contractual correspondence to settlement in order to provide contract administration support.
5) Analyze and negotiate contract in order to get through to contract settlement.
6) Monitor contract implementation to ensure that both, client and company follow the contractual requirements of the contract to ensure that company is not exposed to unnecessary costs or penalties.

FACILITY ENGINEER
(Assignment: Kalimantan Timur)

Plans, monitor, and maintain POSB facilities at Jetty, LMP and bulk plant area and other Operation facilities area based on government safety and HSE regulations. Initiate & Setting up a Daily checklist and facilities inspections into a systems.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Engineering Background
2. Min. 5 years’ experience in similiar position, preferably in offshore oil and gas industries
3. Computer literate (Advance level in Ms. Office : Word, Excel, Power Point, Access; and Visio Program)
4. Has good spoken and written English language skills
5. Be able to read technical drawing (P&ID)
6. In competent in managing reports

Responsibilities:
1) Monitors and conducts regular inspections of facilities at Jetty, LMP and bulk plant area and other Operation plant facilities based on government safety and HSE regulations
2) To accommodate clients complain of facilities conditions and provide them a solutions
3) Initiate & Setting up a Daily checklist and facilities inspections into a systems
4) With a help from maintenance Dept to conduct commissioning of clients equipment i.e. Compressors, pump etc. prior any approval to operate on the Base
5) Working with Safety Dept & Operations to maintain standard housekeeping and conveyed the actions to respective clients
6) Consistently conduct daily inspections list to record any facilities defect and making plan to repair


OPERATION SUPERINTENDENT (Forklift & Trailer)
(Assignment: Kalimantan Timur)

Managing fork & trailers operations teams to deliver the most efficient and profitable manner and meet the clients contractual requirement. HSE leadership is compulsory and the work scope not limited to :
1. Work with scheduler to set scheduling of daily equipment operations
2. Communicate to mud / cementing companies & advise to cutting /mixing products scheduling refer to projected workloads
3. Manage all cargoes transfer rate from Jetty - Storage vice versa always up to standards targeted

Requirements:
1. Min. Bachelor degree, preferably from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
2. Min. 10 years professional experience, with the last 5 years in supervisory level preferably in Oil & Gas Company
3. Have strong leadership to supervise and manage, including disciplinary action
4. Able to develop and encourage subordinates, motivate by respect and avoid favouritism
5. Ability to communicate effectively both oral and in writing, with Clients, subordinates, superiors and other third parties related to base operations

8) Intensive communications to Maintenance Superintendent to info the Lifting work planning and manage the forklift/trailer availability
9) Ensure equipment delivery & operators reliability to work area is done in timely manner
10) Have strong commitment to equipment operation are operate in accordance with the SOP and has ability use his authority to halt the equipment operation considers dangerous to proceed
11) Consistently develop professionalism of operators by coaching and mentoring them to follow Work instructions

OPERATION SUPERVISOR
(Assignment: Kalimantan Timur)

Requirements:
1. Min. Bachelor degree, preferably from Mechanical or Engineering Major
2. Min. 5 years professional experience, preferably in Oil & Gas Company
3. Have strong leadership to supervise and manage, including disciplinary action
4. Able to develop and encourage subordinates, motivate by respect and avoid favouritism
5. Ability to communicate effectively both oral and in writing, with Clients, subordinates, superiors and other third parties related to base operations
6. Good command in English both verbal & written
7. Understand HSE principle in all aspects of Supply Base Operations
8. Computer literate (Advance level in Ms. Office : Word, Excel, and Power Point)
9. Must be available for on-call duty in emergency situations

Responsibilities:

7) Communicate and plan with Lifting Superintendent & Stevedoring Superintendent to prepare, arrange & select riggers / equipment in timely manner.
8) Inform Control Room upon MSR completions about the resources usage : i.e equipment, number of labour, delay hours and work duration.
9) Provide JHA and Risk Assessment for non routine operation and conduct PTO for the task being executed.
10) Ensure all control indicators are stated in the JHA and / or Risk Assessment is implemented and right to stop the job if identified is unsafe.
11) Choose on the most efficient, safest and cost effective method of moving, loading, and unloading materials as per POSB WI/Procedures.
12) Socialize JHA and SOP to all worker involved prior MSR executions.
13) Leadership: Leading by example to improve workforce’s time keeping and discipline.

RIGGING & LIFTING SUPERVISOR
(Assignment: Kalimantan Timur)

Coordinate all aspects of rigging activities, ensuring clients compliance with all relevant regulatory and certification requirements of POSB procedures; and responsible for performing various assessment lifting gears for POSB operation.

Requirements:
1. Min. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering major.
2. Min. 5 years professional experience in rigging and lifting area
3. QA/QC Certificates
4. Wire rope inspector certificate ASNT NDT certificate minimum level II
5. HSE Certificate, Lifting Equipment Certificate, AK3 Depnaker Certification (Spesialis Angkat Angkut)
6. Ability to communicate effectively both oral and in writing, with Clients, subordinates, superiors and other third parties related to base operations
7. Good command in English both verbal & written
8. Understand HSE principle in all aspects of Base Operations
9. Computer literate (Advance level in Ms. Office : Word, Excel, and Power Point)

Responsibilities:
1) Manage lifting and rigging equipment is certified for current use as per standard/code adopted and in good working through pre-use inspections.
2) Prepare, plan, issuing and closing of lifting permit /lifting study and ensure lifting operations are conducted as per lifting plan /lifting study.
3) Ensure Testing and certification, identification and marking, inspection and through examination, record of list of lifting gear and CCU are conducted properly as per standard/code adopted.
4) Knowledge and proven experience of international standard (e.g. BS, DNV, API, ASME, AS etc.) relating to lifting and rigging practices.
5) Manage lifting equipment is properly inspected prior to use.
6) Manage defective lifting equipment is isolated / quarantined and dealt with in accordance with policy.
7) Decide the correct method of lifting is employed using a load plan and other available tools / information.
8) Manage all lifting equipment is properly stored in rigging store.
9) Ensure the correct lifting equipment and technique is employed at all times.
10) Ensure Inspection of lifting gear and CCU (i.e. wire rope slings, shackle, lifting pallet, pipe stacker, harness, ladder, etc.) is comply with the requirements
11) Liaise closely with the POSB training Superintendent to ensure that adequate training is afforded to rigging personnel.
12) Ensure adherence to colour coding procedure by self, client and subcontractor.
13) Ensure Inspection of CCU and lifting gear is conducted properly for in-service damage: cracking, corrosion, wear, broken, heat damage.
14) Ensure welding activities for repair/alteration of CCU in accordance to welding requirements as per standards/codes adopted
15) Ensure all CCU after a substantial repair or alteration is carried out must be undergo examination and tests such as visual Inspection, NDT inspection, and test properly
16) Ensure load protection, rigging, lifting & slinging safety principle and Analysis of lifting gear and rigging in accordance to POSB Procedures, and standard/code adopted.

SPECIALIST TRAINER (WELDING/FABRICATION)
(Assignment: Kalimantan Timur)

To provide training program and assessment for PTP Asset personnel in the field of Welding and Fabrication to ensure that Asset personnel are competent in the identified competencies for their position, continues improving welding & fabrication technique and best practices standard, and comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
1. Min. Senior Technical High School and/or Apprentices graduate (preferable from Diploma graduate in Engineering)
2. Minimal 5 years having experiences as a trainer in HE Welding & Fabrication in the field at high risk industry in Mining or Oil and Gas Company.
3. Good knowledge about the Heavy Equipment and mining process
4. Good Leadership and communication/presentation skill
5. Good communication in English both verbal and writing
6. Good Computer literate
7. Willing to travel to all company’s sites
8. Willing to work extended hours to meet the objectives.

Responsibilities:
1) Implement relevant PTP HSE policies and procedures IN ORDER TO ensure that operations run without interruption due to HSE issues.
2) Develop, review and implement Welding and Fabrication Training and Assessment process, and ensure its implementations in accordance with Petrosea’s training procedures at all sites
3) Assist Project Training Coordinators to conduct Training Needs Analysis IN ORDER TO ensure that welding & fabrication training is conducted in order to satisfy site competency requirements.
4) Develop and review Welding & Fabrication training modules and assessments, in order to maintain the quality always meet the requirements for all sites
5) Deliver effective Welding & Fabrication training in accordance with Company Policies and Regulation IN ORDER TO maintain and upgrade all Welder competency levels in accordance with position competency requirements.
6) Monitor post training performance of Asset personnel conducting welding & fabrication activities IN ORDER TO ensure that the training has been conducted effectively
7) Develop and review weekly / monthly training report and then submit it to the Training Superintendent/ Supervisor

SYSTEM ANALYST
(Assignment: Jakarta)

Responsible in analyst and recommended of system related to and supporting Asset Management Operation becomes more efficient and effective.

Requirements:
1. Minimum Higher education Degree (Bachelor/S1) in Engineering/IT with minimum 3 years experiences
2. Strong knowledge and concept for Asset Management Operation
3. Experience as system development and analyst for Asset Management operation, mining industry most preferred
4. Experience/Familiar using EAM / CMMS program,
5. Good English (Verbal and Written)

Performs technical training programs, such as lifting, rigging, and heavy duty equipment training and assessment.

Requirements:
1. Minimal Diploma degree from any discipline.
2. Having min. 5 year experience operating HD equipment (Crane, Forklift, Trailer, etc.)
3. Good public speaking skills for training groups of employees
4. Must have strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
5. Able to create module /syllabus for training program (Petrosea property right)
6. Computer literate (Intermediate level in MS. Office : Word, Excel, and Power Point)
7. Good command in English both verbal & written
8. Willing to work extended hours to meet job objectives
9. Valid Driving License B2
10. Valid SIO Migas Certification for Crane & Forklift

Responsibilities:
1) Instructs / teaches / facilitates in-house training programs for lifting, rigging, and heavy duty equipment.
2) Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia, visual aids, and other educational materials.
3) Ensure that all activities are carried out according to the safety procedures.
4) Follow up finding base on incident happen and do for refresh lesson learn (Phases).
5) Conduct orientation session for new hire or operators on new unit equipment.
6) Support POSB operation for moving / loading-unloading unit on POSB site during lack of operator on site.
7) Assist Training Supervisor in KIMPER Training and assessment.
8) Monitor on KIMPER progression for operator and its progress on the operational
