Quality Coordinator – Sperry Drilling Division - PT Halliburton Indonesia

Responsibilities

Under broad direction, provides service quality support for service excellence and customer satisfaction by providing a focus on service quality and Non-Productive Time (NPT) elimination.
General duties include the evaluation, reporting and customer close-out of all NPT and poor Service Quality (SQ) events as well as guidance to individuals engaged in well site service work.
Reviews performance data to identify trends and opportunities for performance improvement.
Ensure that all NPT events are evaluated and closed out for corrective actions.
Participates with customer feedback on failure analysis reports.
Promotes the use of the Halliburton Management System (HMS).
Promotes and encourages safety and service quality.
Coordinates and assists with the Correction, Prevention, and Improvement (CPI) process.
Investigates and performs follow-up activities on unplanned events and/or jobs.
Investigates accidents, injuries and incidents within the division

Requirements

Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering.
At least 2 years working experience in the related field. Oil& Gas or Mining industry experience is preferred however other industry experience such as Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical is also welcome.
Excellent knowledge and experience in Quality Management System, specifically ISO9001 related standards. Certification in any of the standards is a plus
Good communication skill, expected to be engaged with employees in public training sessions, one-on-one auditing and corrective action implementation.
Good command of oral and written English.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Willing to learn aggresively in the technical aspects of our operation, covering Field and Workshop operation.
Willingness to relocate to one of our facilities, currently we have possibility of assigning the position for Jakarta or Balikpapan (to be confirmed).
This job may require significant amount of traveling between locations, roughly anything between 0 (no traveling) to 10 days traveling per month.


Secretary - Legal Department - PT Halliburton Indonesia

Responsibilities

Under general supervision, performs both standard and advanced secretarial duties.
Requires skills in spreadsheet and word processing software and through knowledge of practices and procedures of the function and company policy and procedures in general.
May use independent judgment in defining methods and procedures to reach an end product for administrative tasks.
Receives visitors, reads and routes incoming mail, and processes paperwork such as invoices, operations reports, purchasing documentation, or related reports. May be responsible for filing or compiling periodic reports or updating a database.
May make travel arrangements and reservations, schedule appointments, or administer personnel working schedules.
May generate and maintain confidential files and reports. Standard procedures exist for most duties.

Requirements

At least 4 years working experience as Secretary in Legal department / Law Firm.
Good command of oral and written English.
Strong interpersonal skills and organizational experience.


Warehouse Supervisor - PT Halliburton Indonesia

Responsibilities

Under general supervision, coordinates the activities involved in maintaining and repairing equipment.
Promote services excellence and customer satisfaction.
Provide guidance and training to less experienced maintenance personnel.
Schedules equipment to be serviced and maintained on a daily basis and ensure the successful execution of maintenance processes in a safe and efficient manner.
Diagnoses, repairs and performs preventive maintenance on our tools.
Serve as the lead in the assembly and disassembly of surface and down-hole tools. Assist in making evaluations and recommendations for improvements on equipment based on maintenance history.
Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.

Requirements

A minimum of diploma degree although a bachelor degree is preferred
Fluency in English written and conversation
A minimum of 5 years experience in the related field and position.
Proven leadership experience, having extensive experience in managing subordinate.
Hands on with System, specifically with SAP will be an advantage
Having experience in the Oil&Gas industry is preferred, specifically completion tools section
