PT Kaltim Prima Coal (KPC) incorporated in Indonesia with BP and CRA each holding 50% of the shares. KPC licensed to conduct exploration and mining of coal based on a Coal Contract of Works (CCOW) with the concession covering 90,706 ha. The Indonesian State Coal Company (PTBA) to receive 13.5% entitlement of all production.

PT Kaltim Prima Coal (KPC) operates a coal mine in Sangatta East Kalimantan and is one of the largest export coal mines in the world.

Currently, we are opening opportunities to join KPC for the following positions:

01. COORDINATOR - SAFETY

o Bachelor Degree (S1) with at least 3 years’ experience or Diploma 3 with at least 5 years’ experience in a mining environment, preferably in the maintenance and/or logistic operations, such that a good understanding has developed of the mining operation in general and ore specifically of the maintenance and logistics works.
o Safety Related qualification or experience i.e. in risk assessment, job safety analysis, accident investigation, etc. is desirable as this position will be required to lead / facilitate the process and train / coach others.
o Strong mechanical knowledge and skills is desirable.
o Good presentation, leadership, and decision making skills.


02. SUPERVISOR – PURCHASING FPA

o S1 degree in any related discipline with at least 3 year experience or Diploma 3 with at least 5 year experience.
o Excellent communication in both English and Indonesia.
o Analytical & problem solving skill.
o Knowledge on purchasing, cataloguing, and contract.
o Preferably knowledge on Ellipse system and Corvu operation.
o Knowledge on import regulation and international procurement.

3. Highly self-motivated and strong analytical skills
4. Computer literate (MS Office)
5. Creative, self-starter, team player and having self-integrity
