Medium Size Oil and Gas Services Company that expands in the energy sector in Indonesia is now looking for:

Operation Manager

(Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:
* This position require a strong and independent leader with the effective communication skills and work ethic
* Experiences in Oil and Gas Industry and able to set project budgeting and monitoring execution
* Education S1 majoring in Engineering, with at least 5 years experiences in operation position. Experience in oil and gas services company would be a plus
* Knowledge of various Standard of Inspection and Management System such as ISO, SOP, OHSAS, HSE
* Excellent communication skill in English and Bahasa both verbal and written. Must have hands on attitude to the work environment and problem solving skill
* Diligent and able to work pressure, work beyond normal working hours, self motivated with a positive working attitude
* Good computer skills are essential

Responsibilities:
* Responsible to manage, monitor and controlling Operation Division to enable company performs more effective and efficient as well as to improve the business results
* Responsible in managing day to day operational activities at work sites
* Responsible for project progress and management of work force to ensure efficiency, safety and smooth execution of daily routine requirements
* Drive continuous improvements on work processes and ensuring procedures and policies are complied with standards in work sites
* Manage the contractual aspects of secured projects and monitoring and control the project cost
* Reviewing of quotations and cost estimates and strategizing technical proposals to ensure tender bids are comprehensively estimated and submitted as per tender requirements
* Liaise with the team in planning, scheduling and budgetary control of materials used, Manager company assets inventory and make sure it is monitored
* Establish health, safety and environment policies for all work sites and ensure compliance
* Contribute to the evaluation of machinery, equipment and tooling requirements and procurement and ensure that all machinery, equipment and tooling procured are installed and commissioned in accordance with the Customer’s contract
* Provide strategic leadership to grow and enhance the organizational capabilities as well as capacity to execute the strategies to achieve the business objectives
* Provide advice and support to the Director for operation implementation system, review and revision of the project plan
* Build up relationships with vendor to support company objectives
