Payroll Accountant - Oil & Gas Company (Ref no. 437)
(Jakarta Raya)

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing the company’s bank with details of the payments to be made.
* Producing individual pay slips for each of the employees and ensures accurate distribution.
* Preparing Billing to concession related to National Secondees.
* Preparing the monthly payment to PT. Jamsostek and Pension Fund/DPLK provider.
* Assisting in preparing Monthly Company Financial Report.
* Preparing the monthly payroll for all national employees, including calculation of overtime and taxes.
* Ensuring that confidentiality is maintained and that accurate reports are prepared.
* Advising the A/P Accountant of the total amount required to meet monthly payroll needs.


Requirements:
* Familiar with Indonesian Taxation Law.
* Good command of written and spoken English Language.
* Advance Excel Skills, and familiar in using payroll system ( ABS, SUN, IDEAS).
* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Job role in Basic Accounting/Bookkeeping/Accounts Executive or Others.
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Taxation or equivalent.
* At least 6 - 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* At least 6 - 8year(s) of working experience in oil and gas industries, hands on to payroll and taxation activities.
* 1 Full-Time positions available.
