QUANTITY SURVEYOR (E&I)
(United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia)

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
* At least 5 year(s) of oversea working experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical.
* Preferably Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying, Engineering - Electrical and Instrument.
* Contract positions available.

Responsibilities:
* Has the knowledge to understand the nature of work from drawings for Electrical & Instumentation work
* Has the knowledge and skills to take off BQ from drawings
* Negotiation with Subcontractor for verification and settlement of change claim
* Review and Verify the Payment Procedure of the Project
* Consistent with the measurement method provided for each contract in order to accurately measure the quantities of the work done by the respective subcontractors
