SENIOR/STAFF MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Basic Purpose:
Provide Mechanical Engineering support to COPI s Offshore & Onshore production operations. Responsible for the mechanical integrity of process equipment. Qualified to perform Mechanical Equipment/Systems evaluation, troubleshooting, feasibility studies, modifications; and supervise design, construction, and maintenance in accordance with applicable international, industry, and local codes and standards. High awareness of occupational health, safety & environmental issues. Must be able to collaborate and work effectively with other COPI teams. Demonstrate leadership and mentoring skills.
Qualification/Experience:
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• Minimum 10 years field/engineering office experience, preferably in Oil & Gas field,
• Skilled / Mastery Level of Mechanical Engineering experience including but not limited to:
o Processing Equipment
o Piping Systems
o Unfired Pressure Vessels
o Pumps, Turbines & Compressors
o Valves
o Lifting Equipment
o Offshore & Onshore Structures
o Fired Equipment – Boilers and Heaters
o Atmospheric Storage Tanks
o Heat Exchangers

SUPPORT SERVICES SUPERINTENDENT
Basic Purpose:
• Responsible to deliver for Support Services (SS) Department s Goal by following and enforcing Company s Health Safety Environment Management Systems, Standard Safety Practices Manual and Environmental Practices Manual during all construction projects,
• Responsible in promoting Contractor Safety Health Environment Management System (CSHEMS) and ensure that contractor compliance with ConocoPhillips Indonesia (COPI) C-HSE-MS,
• Develop and manage Support Services Operation cost and capital budget,
• Assist SS supervisors to develop goals and objectives,
• Developing project, project execution and management of the contractor to ensure compliance with specification contracts schedules and safety issues, which include project planning, execution and other preparatory work as well as participation in the effort of engineering deliverables,
• Involving in contract development, tendering process, contract execution, contract administration Outsourcing and contract synergies,
• Deliver all project deliverables by Establishing , standardizing maintaining and managing project policies, coordination and communication within the Project and with Company,
• Coordinates participation of responsible entities and major tasks areas and when required, convenes and chain meetings with Company with Project Sponsors, major subcontractor, major manufacturer/supplier, etc.
Qualification/Experience:
• Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in one of the engineering disciplines, with demonstrated leadership qualities,
• Minimum of 10 years diversified in engineering / maintenance, preferably in the gas plant side of the industry, including supervisory experience in the Project / Construction/Engineering/ areas with a minimum of 6 years experience in a supervisory position,
• Familiar with road maintenance and HDE operation & maintenance, lifting, scaffolding, civil and mechanical activities,
• Able to read, interpret on all engineering deliverables to ensure compliance with technical specifications,
• Experience project management and facility construction at least 10 years,
• Multidiscipline knowledge in construction especially in piping/fabrication, civil, structure, mechanical and inspection of industrial piping,
• The position also requires that the candidate possesses basic business knowledge and a good understanding in procurement/contract process,
• Knowledgeable with Computerized Management System.
OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Basic Purpose:
Reports to Suban Operations Superintendent. Responsible for the overall Field Operation activities to meet company core value, ensure safely and environmentally manner and also to optimize Gas plant availability at all times.
Qualification/Experience:
• Technical College, Polytechnic or AKAMIGAS graduate or equivalent,
• Minimum 10-15 years experiences in high pressure gas field and complex gas plant operations and maintenance,
• Being familiar with HSEMS, SSP, PTW, MOC and A&OI.
SMALL PROJECT ENGINEER
Basic Purpose:
To ensure that the assigned modification or projects works are executed in an expedient, cost effective, safe manner and in compliance with the Small Project Management Suites, Company Engineering Standards and International Codes.
Qualification/Experience:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (preferably physics, electrical, mechanical or chemical engineering),
• Facilities/ Project Engineering, 3 - 5 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry,
• Preferably has experience in oil & gas projects,
• Experience in offshore project environment is an advantage,
• Hydrocarbon processing system understanding,
• Process equipment and piping system knowledge,
• Process control system knowledge,
• Operation and Maintenance knowledge.
MAINTENANCE ADVISOR (Instrument & Control)
Basic Purpose:
The Maintenance Support Engineer shall provide technical support to COPI offshore oil and gas installations operating in the Natuna Sea. Primarily responsible for providing Instrument & control expertise including programmable logic controller (PLC), performing reliability analysis, fault finding and mentoring to the Offshore instrument & control maintenance team.
Qualification/Experience:
• Technical Degree (BSc or MSc in applicable Engineering discipline) or Technical Diploma level (D3/D4),
• 10 years experience in Instrument / Electrical Maintenance and Operation preferably in the offshore Oil and Gas industry. A working knowledge of Gas Turbines generator and gas compressor control (Solar, RR Avons, RB211 s) would be an advantage. Should be knowledgeable in offshore production operations and maintenance of equipment as well as logistics and planning,
• Knowledge of Reliability Integrity processes and tools i.e. RCM, Defect Elimination, RCFA, and Pareto,
• Knowledge and understanding of Condition Monitoring Techniques.
