Snr Planning Engineer (Expat)


Requirements:
- Minimum university degree in Engineering
- Well literate both in Primavera and MS project
- Minimum 12 years of experience in developing plans and schedules for work activities on industrial projects.
- Ability to work independently &/or with minimum supervision
- Possess knowledge in development of work breakdown structures, monitoring and reporting of project progress, identification of critical milestone and establishment of recovery plans
- Possess thorough knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques
- Possess strong written and communication skills in English
- Well adept not just in generating 5,000 detailed multi discipline logically linked activities but also can analyze issues and recommend solutions.

Job Responsiblie:
-Prepare Master Programme(detailed multi discipline activities logically linked activities
-Conduct Scheduling Meetings
- Prepare Subcon Milestones
- Technical Bid Evaluation(Schedule Portion)
- Prepare &/Or Validate 3 week look ahead
- Validate Subcon Schedule
- Update/Status Programme
- Progress Work on site
- Track/Status Mock Up sample
- Coordinate CSA/MEP Construction Schedule and sequence
- prepare/Coordinate Inspection&Testing/Commissioning Schedule
- Prepare Reports&Presentations(Including analyses and recommendations
- Prepaer Mitigation Plan(when required)
-Assist in Delay/Claim verification
