1. Account Manager Power
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Prospect and manage existing key account customers in order to achieve the sales target, proceed, credit performance including monitoring the performance;
* Implement and review sales forecast by volume, product and territory, and to prepare operational sales plan per area per respective key account customers by combining/implementing marketing plans and marketing initiatives liaising with marketing implementor. Implement promotions and technical training activity programs included in the marketing plans;
* Manage the customer management in the area of contract negotiation, handling customer complaints, recovering debt, customer hospitality;
* Provide problem solving and technical support to customers with the help of Technical Manager if necessary;
* Ensure proper credit control and debt collection and to assist distributor in establishing and implementing good credit supplier, including discount/rebate and pricing control within delegated guidelines.
Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university;
* Strong experience in account management specially in B2B industry;
* Strong proven track record of achievement in sales;
* Proficient in English communication;
* Strong negotiation skill;
* Authorisation to work in Indonesia is required for this position.
2. Sales Manager B2C Direct
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Managing sales team that consists of 3 Account Managers;
* Achieving sales target by close teamwork;
* Provide Demand Forecast Input;
* Ensure Compliance to Global business process.
Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university;
* Minimum 5 years experience in sales management preferably from Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry;
* Strong experience in managing sales team in achieving sales target;
* Experienced in developing own team to improve skill and achievement;
* Excellent negotiation skill;
* Excellent stakeholder management; internal and external;
* Authorisation to work in Indonesia is required for this position.
3. Account Manager B2C Indirect Channel
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Managing one or more Distributor in a certain area (Central Java, North Sumatera, Central Sumatera and Bekasi);
* Hit or exceed assigned Sales Target;
* Provide Demand Forecast Input for the assigned area;
* Ensure Compliance to DS-1 process;
* Ensure distributors are developed as per Shell Guidelines;
* Motivate, Coach and Develop distributor's Sales Team.
Requirements:
* Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university;
* Minimum 3 years experience in sales management;
* Strong sales management experience preferably from Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry;
* Proven track record in achieving sales target;
* Basic knowledge in distributor management;
* Excellent communication skill preferably proficient in English communication;
* Good team player;
* Willing to be based in any cities in Indonesia;
* Authorisation to work in Indonesia is required for this position.
