HSES Systems and Quality Specialist

Reporting to the Project HSES Manager your key accountabilities will include:
Facilitation of ICAM Incident Investigations; and
Coordination, administration and promotion of HSE promotions.
Communication and education of the compliance with Indonesian legislative requirements;
Review, analysis and assessment of incident and injury documentation and reports;
Occupational Hygiene, Hazardous materials, Dangerous Goods and Emergency Management and Control;
The development, implementation and maintenance of the Safety management System for the project;
Providing specialist technical safety and health advice and assistance encompassing

You will have solid experience in a dynamic Health and Safety role with exposure to a heavy industry / resources environment where you have experienced the design and implementation of Safety Management Systems. This will be supplemented by your tertiary degree in OH&S or a related discipline. You will have a strong capacity for data integrity and analysis and have exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and databases. A high level of attention to detail along with the ability to plan and organise work to reliably meet deadlines will contribute to your success. Fluent communication skills in both English and Indonesian Bahasa is essential.

This is a Jakarta-based position with occasional travel required.
