Senior Coordinator Equipment and Materials


Responsibilities:

Ø Supervising asset movements, warehouse operations, and stock control on rig site, in support of all Century Drilling Operations within IBU.

Ø Physical inventory control of all stock held by the company at the various warehouse locations, distribution and monitoring of all asset movements ensuring that all transfers are in line with company procedures and documents.

Ø Monitoring equipment and handling equipment emergencies.

Ø Coordinating the warehouse assignments in line with operational requirements.

Ø Ensuring warehouse staff comply equipment / spares are inspected for conformity with purchase order.

Ø Ensuring warehouse staff comply assemble related documentation for entry into the CMMS system.

Ø Ensure warehouse personnel label and store according to Century / OEM procedures

Ø Reviews requests from operations, for spares / equipment arrange to move equipment / spares to rig location.

Ø Assist with revising warehouse inventories, gather information and records to support an investigation in to equipment failures and manages process for handling equipment emergencies.

Ø Assist in scheduling and assigning work assignments for all warehouse personnel and follows up to make sure that tasks are completed within given time frame.


Qualifications:

Ø Fluently in English written & oral

Ø 5 years experienced in the same position, experience in heavy industry (i.e. mining, construction, drilling) preferable.

Ø Male preferable

Ø College Education Preferred.

Ø Very good computer literacy on MS Office Products.

There are four key locations in Indonesia where Chevron operates its businesses in Indonesia:

Jakarta - the capital of Indonesia is where our head offices - Gedung Sarana Jaya (GSJ) and Sentra Senayan (SS) - are located, right in the middle of the fastest growing business area in the very heart of the city. With comfortable accessibility to different areas of the city provided by new infrastructure, our offices also offer easy access to outstanding facilities including a wide range of restaurants, coffee shops, a fitness center, beauty salon and shopping center. Kalimantan Operation (KLO), which consists of Balikpapan (Pasir Ridge), Sepinggan, Yakin, Attaka and West Seno.

Geothermal Operation (GPO) there are two operation fields and both are located in the West Java mountainous area in Salak and Darajat. Salak sites are equipped with a sports hall that offers basketball, volleyball, badminton and table tennis. For Darajat, this facility is available in Garut. There is also a fitness and billiard center. Salak and Darajat are also relatively close to Bandung and Jakarta, offering all the shopping, eating and entertainment you would expect to find in any major city.
