Heavy Plant and Equipment Inspector
(Singapore[Map])
Requirements:
At least 5 years experience in working with broad range of different plant & equipment and may come from an operator or mechanic background.
It would be desirable to demonstrate experience within a petrochemical environment, Ex-MOM or Military background.
Responsibilities:
Require a Heavy Plant & Equipment Specialist who has extensive background in assessing machinery and in heavy construction environments.
Has knowledge of the relevant Singaporean Legislative requirements covering Plant & Equipment.
Report directly to the Safety Manager and would be a hands on position.

Requirements:
SENIOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
• Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering); and at least 10 year(s) of working experience in design of steel & R.C Structure for the oil & gas industry.
SENIOR QA / QC ENGINEER
• Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering); AND min. CSWIP 3.1 and other relevant welding technology and NDT course.
• Min. 10 years experience as a QA/QC engineer in Oil & Gas industry covering QA/QC in Piping fabrication, mechanical & process equipment installation, piping erection, pipeline construction, blasting & painting, E&I inspection, etc.
• Familiar with ASME, API and AWS code.
LEAD PROCESS ENGINEER
• Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering); with at least 10 year(s) of working experience in Process design/engineering for oil & gas industry including HAZOP, conceptual design, FEED, generation of P&ID, material & energy balance calculations, and process simulation.
• Well versed in international codes & standards.
PIPING ENGINEER
• Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering); with at least 5 year(s) of working experience in piping design in oil & gas industry.
• Well versed in ANSI, ASME, API & related codes/ standards.
E&I ENGINEER
• Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering); and at least 5 year(s) of working experience in design, engineering, calibration, hook-up & commissioning of electrical (HV/LV), instrumentation and control systems (PLC/DCS) for the oil & gas industry is required for this position.
• Well versed in applicable international codes & standards.
