Purpose of the role:

Requirements:

2. SUPERINTENDENT IT ERP SYSTEM (Code : SEAEXT)

Accountabilities :
1. Proactively analyze the ERP stream functionalities against business requirements.
2. Provide recommendation for continues improvement to support business.
3. Maintain and ensure the functionalities to become business best practice in change management.
4. Manage relationship of other ERP stream to maximize contribution to PTI objectives. This can include performance management, status meetings, and problem escalation and support agreement administration.
5. Project planning, management and task execution for end user area projects and for components of company wide system projects.

Purpose of the Role :
To provide analysis and recommendation of ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) strategy, architecture, technology, management, development methods, definition, design, construction, installation, use and service delivery activities in order to optimize ERP functionality to meet the company business requirement.

Technical Specialization :
1. Experienced in ERP implementation and consulting (Ellipse or Oracle E-Business Suite is preferred).
2. Familiar with business process in related stream.
3. Depth understanding of enterprise relational databases.
4. Experienced in reporting tools (Business Objects is preferred). Have technical software development background and have proper knowledge of Data Warehousing concept.

Education & Experience :
1. University Graduate on IT (prefer) or IT related.
2. University Graduate with 4-5 years in IT including managing ERP project in related stream. Previous ERP experience is required. Ellipse or Oracle E-Business Suite is preferred. Understanding of enterprise relational databases would be an advantage. Should be familiar with related stream (Maintenance or Human Resources).

Roles & Responsibilities

To ensure the Regional Manager is fully and regularly appraised of issues, business support requirements in Indonesia and the service being provided.
To work closely with the resident lawyer in Jakarta.
To give pro-active, timely, 1st quartile and commercial legal advice to clients based in Indonesia, the SEA region, the UK and US.
Cross function and multi-disciplinary legal support and advice. This includes, reviewing, drafting and negotiating oil & gas and other commercial and legal agreements, advising the corporate function to ensure ongoing compliance with Hess policy and all applicable laws, supporting supply chain and operations and dealing with other day to day matters of a legal nature.
Building constructive and influential relationships with Hess’ operating companies.
Liaising with relevant external Indonesian government and regulatory authorities and co-venturers.
Liaising with external lawyers as may be required from time to time.
Working closely and as a team with other members of the legal function based in South East Asia, the UK and US.
Promoting the legal function throughout Hess, within country, the region and globally.
Protecting the reputation and promoting the interests of Hess in Indonesia and the region.
Communicating across functions and participating in the spread of knowledge and awareness of legal commitments and initiatives through the business.
Experience & Attributes

Indonesian qualified and practicing lawyer with the right to live and work in Indonesia.
5 to 7 years post-qualification experience gained preferably in the energy sector (in-house or private practice).
Fluent in spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Preferably some international tertiary education or work experience.
Willingness to use initiative, to be pro-active and to identify and address commercial and legal issues facing multinational oil & gas companies in Indonesia.
Strong commercial orientation with experience of applying legal expertise to add value on a wide range of business and technical issues.
Willing to work hard with excellent communication skills as part of a dynamic customer focused group.
Willing to travel within Indonesia and further often at short notice.
Ability to provide satisfactory references.

Role responsibilities:
• Preparation of tenders / business proposals for new mining work and participate in the review process.
• Compilation of historical cost and production data collated from the various mining projects providing accuracy for estimates.

• Compile and maintain vendor / sub contractor database.

• Assist Bid Manager with the preparation of a list of commercial and technical clarifications and qualifications to the proposal.
• Assist Bid Manager in completing Client’s pricing and technical tender schedules.
• From Time to time work as Bid Manager.
• Facilitate conversion of tender bids into the project budget in conjunction with the Project Manager.
• Coach and mentor of technical support staff to understand and manage the technical implications within contracts.
• Retain a professional and impartial approach in resolving internal disputes and conflicting priorities within the mining division.

Other requirements:
1. Proficiency in English as communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Preferable to have worked with world class international companies.
3. Hard worker, honest, self motivated, ability to priorities work and can work under pressure.
4. Capability to achieve project schedule and working overtime (if required).
5. Willingness to support all team members as part of team work.
6. May require travel to project sites within Indonesia from time to time for short durations.

Education:
• S1 (BS) Degree in Mining Engineering from a recognized university.

Experience:

Applicant should have:
1. Having 8 - 10 years experience as Mining Engineer and clearly understanding of first principal of estimating.
2. Hands-on experience and demonstrable skill in tendering for mining, infrastructure or general construction sectors of the engineering and construction industry.
3. Proficiency in the use of Excel and Word and other mainstream computer tools.
